Cardiff 3-0 Brighton
Another goal for Cardiff, and there's more than a hint of good fortune about it.
Scott Malone's pass is cut out by Connor Goldson, but the ball falls right into the path of Lex Immers, who slides the ball into the bottom corner.
It's the Dutchman's second goal in just three games for the Bluebirds.
Signs of life from Brighton at long last. Inigo Calderon whips in a right-footed shot which David Marshall has to stretch to push over the bar.
No corner given, but encouraging signs for Chris Hughton's men even so.
Cardiff 2-0 Brighton
Cardiff are without injured midfielder Craig Noone today. They don't seem to be missing him too much right now.
BBC Wales Sport's Michael Pearlman at Cardiff City Stadium:
"After a very controlled start, Brighton are in danger of being out of sight after two goals in three minutes from Cardiff.
"The Bluebirds are clearly heeding the words of owner Vincent Tan who has told them to 'shoot more'.
"Three shots on target, two goals, is an equation Mr Tan will certainly approve of."
Cardiff hadn't scored in two games prior to today's match, but they look a danger every time they come forward.
Brighton are looking shell-shocked. They can't get the ball out of their own half at the moment.

Cardiff 2-0 Brighton
David Stockdale won't want to watch this again after the game.
His clearance doesn't make it to the half-way line, and Cardiff quickly work it out to Anthony Pilkington on the right, who cuts inside and fires across the goal into the bottom corner.
Stockdale got a hand to it though - the keeper probably should have kept it out.
Quote MessageThat's very poor defending from Brighton, allowing five yards between the players.

Cardiff 1-0 Brighton
Matthew Connolly wanders forward from defence and picks out Peter Wihittingham inside the Brighton area.
Whittingham's finish is sublime, guiding the ball inside David Stockdale's right-hand post with the outside of his left foot.

Away from the Cardiff City Stadium, if FA Cup action is more your thing, Arsenal and Hull are just about to get under way in the first of the fifth-round fixtures.
Not many people will be expecting the Tigers to get a result at the Emirates Stadium, but as they say, anything can happen...
You can follow that game here.
Cardiff work the ball out wide to Tom Lawrence, who goes down under a challenge from Inigo Calderon on the right-hand edge of the box.
Peter Whittingham draws the first save of the game from David Stockdale with the free-kick, but the hosts can't take advantage of the resulting corner.
Cardiff can't seem to keep hold of the ball in these early exchanges. When they finally do, Lewis Dunk takes out both man and ball to stop Anthony Pilkington's progress.
Dunk might be a little fortunate to have escaped a yellow card there.
BBC Wales Sport's Michael Pearlman at the Cardiff City Stadium:
"Brighton's players and supporters have started on the front foot. The visitors look full of confidence following a run of five without defeat and Cardiff have struggled in the opening five minutes to get out of their own half."
Bruno and Andrew Crofts combine well for Brighton down the right flank, but Scott Malone comes across to put the ball behind for a corner.
It's been a bright start from the visitors, but they've yet to test Cardiff keeper David Marshall.
Cardiff 0-0 Brighton
That didn't take long. Stuart O'Keefe picks up the first yellow card of the game for a heavy challenge on Brighton's Inigo Calderon.
Dale Stephens' free-kick comes to nothing as Cardiff clear their lines.
Quote MessageIt's a big ask today for Brighton considering that Cardiff have only lost once at home this season. Brighton have got three in midfield against their two and that's the key area today.
Warren Aspinall, Former Seagulls striker on BBC Sussex
We are under way in Cardiff. The hosts are playing in blue, while Brighton are wearing red shirts and black shorts.
Cardiff v Brighton (12:30)
Cardiff may have been in the Premier League as recently as 2014, but it's been a long time since Brighton were last playing in the top flight - almost 33 years in fact.
Since then, they've been on the verge of relegation from the Football League and came close to going out of business in the late 1990s.
We'd love to hear from both sets of fans how you're feeling about your promotion hopes this year. Send us your thoughts using #bbcfootball on Twitter.
