    Everton v Southampton (15:00 BST)

Dorothy Gale would have you believe that there's no place like home. However, you'd forgive Roberto Martinez for wanting to be anywhere but. He has been lamenting his Everton side's form at Goodison Park before the visit of Southampton.

"We haven't been able to celebrate enough victories in front of our own crowd; that's been a real disappointment this season," said Martinez on Friday.

"There are contrasting results, I wouldn't say performances - I think at times we've had performances that have been good enough to get positive results.

"You are looking at two defeats in 16 away from home that's as good as we've been. That's an away record that would be top four.

"At home it's totally contrasting – eight defeats is nowhere near good enough, that's where you build your season on the strength of the results at home. That's a contrasting story that is very, very difficult to explain."

Watford head coach Quique Sanchez Flores on West Brom: "They are playing with a very British style, they are very compact, they reduce the space, they use very well the long-ball and set-pieces, so I know the opponent we are going to find and we will try to play well.

"I think it's amazing for the Premier League to have these kind of variants because the styles are completely different. You need to manage things different, you need to plan different, but it's perfect."

"It has been enthralling, if not for the quality but for tension. It was a definite penalty. Norwich can’t have any complaints.

"Overall Norwich just shaded it but one shot on target from Sunderland and one goal. In this position in the league it doesn’t matter how you play."

Fabio Borini's penalty is the difference. The Norwich fans boo and Alex Neil has a word with the ref, but the call to award the spot-kick was the correct one.

Not that the game needed spicing up. Could be a belter of a second half coming up.

He loves a penalty does Andre Marriner. He had little choice for the Borini spot-kick, though. The Italian took pretty much all of Wisdom's studs to his shin. The irony of the tackle coming from a player by that name.

One other stat: Norwich have conceded nine penalties in the Premier League this season - the most in the division.

Huge moment. Andre Wisdom goes over the ball, catching a bit of it but slamming his studs into Fabio Borini's lower shin. Penalty.

The Italian gets back up and makes no mistake with the spot-kick. The plastic clappers are silenced as the away end erupts.

West Brom head coach Tony Pulis: "Watford are very solid, very well organised, the manager's done a very good job in that respect.

"The cream of the cake is at the top of the pitch. I've been impressed with [Odion] Ighalo and [Troy] Deeney, they've done exceptionally well.

"The two of them are very good players and they've really been the reason why Watford have done so well."

Just over 20 minutes gone at Carrow Road. Lots off effort but not a great deal of attacking quality. Norwich have come closest to a goal following a scramble in the box. But Sunderland are posing the home side some problems with a good old-fashioned long ball to use the pace of Jermain Defoe.

I pity the City staff who have to sweep up all the chewed off fingernails at the end of this.

Newcastle will be without Daryl Janmaat who suffered a groin injury against Southampton and also broke two fingers after reportedlypunching a wall.

Fabricio Coloccini is expected to miss out again, but midfielder Jack Colback returns from suspension.

Swansea midfielder Leon Britton has recovered from the back and foot injuries which ruled him out last week.

Head coach Francesco Guidolin has a full-strength squad and could name the same team which beat Chelsea.

The nerves are already spilling over at Carrow Road. Pretty much every player is involved in an almighty shoving match in front of the dugout following a shove by Robbie Brady on DeAndre Yedlin that ended with the Sunderland man crashing into an advertising board. It is a sea of green, yellow, red and white, with the lone imposing figure of Big Sam, clad in blue, Hulk-smashing his way through the group.
