"Party time at The King Power Stadium. Any lingering tension - and there was not much - has been released by that third goal and Leicester City's fans are roaring their team him in deafening noise.

"Foxes' manager Claudio Ranieri was a picture of emotion and elation as Leonardo Ulloa turned in the third goal, punching the air in delight. The great Premier League prize is within reach."

Rachel Tyrrell, Lincoln: I'm a Spurs fan and I don't think Leicester have been lucky. We have all played the same teams. Refreshingly, with the top two there is only one galactico - the team!

"Claudio Ranieri is still screaming at his players to get the ball back, even with Leicester 3-0 up! It just goes to show the mentality of his players, the work rate, the effort, the desire. They've been brilliant."

Remember when you laughed when Jeffrey Schlupp had a trial with Manchester United?

Not funny now is it? He's been outstanding this afternoon and the winger has a low shot pushed away by Lukasz Fabianski. There could be more goals in this one yet.

It's a proper party atmosphere at the King Power stadium."It's just fun watching Leicester play" says Alan Green on comms.

And it is. They are so vibrant. An antidote to the modern-day possession obsession.

Neel: Don't know why everyone was panicking!

Patrice West: This is why it's theirs, Leicester have to play teams not playing for much (Except Man Utd) My Spurs will have to wait.

  9. Some bad news for Leicesterpublished at 17:35 British Summer Time 24 April 2016

    [Wrong sport]

But Leicester's bid to make it an all-English Champions Cup final came up short as they were beaten by Racing 92.

The Parisians took an early lead through Maxime Machenaud's try.

Leicester battled hard to stay in touch and a brace of penalties apiece left the score 13-6 to Racing at half-time.

Dan Carter's third penalty and a long-range Johannes Goosen effort made it 19-9 and although Telusa Veainu crossed late on for Leicester, it is Racing who will play Saracens in the final in May.

Nerves? Jamie Vardy is not even watching the game up in the executive box. He looks like he's reading something on his phone. This one is wrapped up.

"Leicester are cruising! Leicester are going to win the league!

"It all started with Schmeichel who pinged the ball up and Fernandez looked like he was towing a caravan. Ulloa hasn't sulked. He knows his role and he's been brilliant for his two goals today. What a team spirit. What a togetherness."

    Leonardo Ulloa

    Game over! Title over!

Kudos to Kasper Schmeichel as he starts the attack with a first-time, laser-guided 60-yard pass off the deck out to the left wing. It's a brilliant pass.

Jeff Schlupp wins the header and the Swans defence are all at sea. Schlupp is able to charge into the area, he tries to square it for Leo Ulloa but it is cut out, he gets a second chance and pokes it across goal, and Ulloa can slide in and score from maybe two yards out.

Who will be the manager of Swansea next year? They look like a side needing a facelift. No cutting edge but plenty of talented players.

Leicester seem fairly content to let Swansea have the ball in the second half.  They are 2-0 up, they don't need to chase it.

Ross Brown, Hampton: Makes me laugh hearing so many people (obviously mostly Spurs fans) saying how lucky Leicester are! They are just showing how jealous they are at not being in Leicester's position. You make your own luck, and if Leicester win the title it will be fully deserved!

"The one-touch play between Drinkwater and Mahrez has been mouthwateringly good at times this afternoon.

"Swansea have improved slightly since making their changes but Sigurdsson - their best player - has been really quiet. Leicester have dealt with him well."

    Leicester 2-0 Swansea

Swansea sub Jefferson Montero has made a difference to his side, he looks a menace down the Swansea left. It is Swansea in a nutshell though. Loads of possession, lots of pretty passing - one shot on target in 55 minutes.

If Riyad Mahrez is to be named the PFA Player of the Year this evening then it would perhaps be fitting to come on the back of another match-winning display here this afternoon. He has been superb all game long and looks the man most likely to find the third goal in this game.
