"The pressure Manchester United have put them under has meant that every Leicester player has had to do a shift in defence. When they win the ball, usually their first thought is get the ball to Jamie Vardy and use his pace. But they have not got that pace today. Away from home they are under the cosh, they look up and there are no options.

"Riyad Mahrez should have got a penalty, it was blatant.

"Marouane Fellaini will get reported to the FA, If you compare that to Dele Alli then he he will get banned."

Jonny Green: Can someone tell Marcos Rojo that he's supposed to jump and actually challenge for the ball at set-pieces? Been poor so far

Edward Layland: Saints fan listening to @bbc5live from Rio de Janeiro - come on Leicester! We'd call this a Zebra (underdog) in Brazil.

Swansea boss Francesco Guidolin on BT Sport: "I'm very happy today because we play very well and I am happy for my players. They show they are not on the beach, but they are concentrated and focused on our job. We played well against Leicester for 25 minutes as well, today we played very well in the first half and we scored - at Leicester we conceded a goal.

"I saw my players work in training, I spoke with them, and I was sure today we'd have a good performance."

On his future: "I said before now is not the time to say other things. I'm happy because this is my first experience in the Premier league and a good experience. When I arrived the situation was difficult and now we have 43 points and this is important, for me, for my career and my experience and I thank my players. I hope (to stay in the Premier League) but now I think only to this match."

Leicester City finished that first half strongly, while Manchester United's performance fizzled out a little after a fine start.

Foxes boss Claudio Ranieri will be happy with that - and will feel his side can exploit the weakness of Marcos Rojo in United's defence.

  8. 'We deserved to lose'published at 14:54 British Summer Time 1 May 2016

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp on Match of the Day: "We changed the line-up and with this line-up we can play much better football. We could explain a few things and it would sound like an excuse.

"This performance was not enough. We cannot be sure but if we don't concede the third one it's an open game, but you can see there was not the body language you need for a comeback.

"We deserved to lose, they deserved to win, that's how football is on a bad day. I thought we lost a lot of easy balls, we weren't compact, there were a lot of things we could've done better. If we played a normal game, we could win."

  20. Leicester have steadied the shippublished at 14:44 British Summer Time 1 May 2016

    Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at Old Trafford

Leicester City were rocked right back on their heels by the early surge from Manchester United that brought Antony Martial's goal - but as usual they are resilience and character personified.

N'Golo Kante is driving things from midfield but manager Claudio Ranieri's body language suggests there are still aspects of his side's performance that he is not happy with.

    Really good game. Perfectly balanced.
