Chelsea's forward threat may well predominantly come from these two England wingers this afternoon. They'll look to take Arsenal's full-backs on and create chances. If Arsenal can stop them, they'll go a long way towards victory, but that won't be easy.

  2. Arsenal 0-0 Chelseapublished at 5 mins

Arsenal's corner was cleared comfortably by Chelsea.

Down the other end, the Blues try to play striker Fran Kirby in behind, but she's offside.

Well, that was nearly an incredible start! Chelsea make a mistake at the back and give the ball to Dan Carter. The Arsenal striker goes for goal first time from range but hits the roof of the net. A decent effort though.

"I never thought this would happen in my career, it's a huge step by the FA to host it here and it shows how seriously they take women's football.

"Hopefully it's reward for the many years of work the players have put in to get the game to where it is now."

Manager Emma Hayes has called South Korea forward Ji So-Yun her side's 'little magician' and, having netted the only goal in last year's final, the 2015 PFA Women's Player of the Year is one of their likely contenders to be this year's match-winner too.

But Arsenal have an international forward of their own with a unique skill-set - Nigeria forward Asisat Oshoala.

The 2015 BBC Women's Footballer of the Year, who finished as the top scorer at the Women's Under-20 World Cup in 2014, joined the Gunners from Liverpool in March and her raw pace can hurt any team.

Chelsea's defence of the Women's Super League One title is going rather swimmingly so far, as they have maintained a 100% winning start to 2016.

But for Arsenal, things haven't gone so well in the league, as they lie third and well-off the pace set by leaders Manchester City and second-placed Chelsea.

That was partly down to a one-sided affair when these two sides met last month - Fran Kirby scoring twice as Chelsea deservedly won 2-0 at Arsenal.

Can the Gunners put on a better showing today? They'll certainly need to.

These two side's routes to Wembley were also pretty different, but this time it was Arsenal who couldn't stop scoring.

Pedro Martinez Losa's side thrashed Sunderland 7-0, helped but a hat-trick from The Netherlands' Danielle van de Donk.

Meanwhile, Chelsea came through a tough test at home to Manchester City, coming from behind to win 2-1 after extra-time, with Fran Kirby netting a last-minute winner.

Chelsea prepared for the final by hitting six past Liverpool in a nine-goal thriller last Sunday, as they maintained their 100% winning start in Women's Super League One.

Fran Kirby and Drew Spence both netted twice, with England's Eniola Aluko and Karen Carney also on the scoresheet for the Blues.

But Arsenal's last league match was pretty contrasting, as they were held to a 0-0 draw at home to a battling Birmingham City side on 1 May.
