    HT: Rangers 2-0 Peterhead

Rangers are in a commanding position at Hampden. Ally Gilchrist knocked in an own goal when trying to cut out a Kenny Miller cross and James Tavernier added a stunning volley.

Peterhead showed some spirit at the end of the first half and it needed a goal-line clearance to prevent them from clawing one back.
