    Rangers 0-0 Peterhead

It's all a bit Keystone Cops, with players slipping and sliding on the shoddy Hampden surface. In between the pratfalls, Peterhead have had a few nice touches.

Forget Rory Mc at the Masters, Peterhead's Rory McAllister could be the star of the weekend. The 28-year-old striker has an impressive haul of 31 goals from 38 games this season, including five against Falkirk in the second round of this competition.

A plumber by trade, McAllister has been prolific throughout his lower league career.

Peterhead may be underdogs today but they can take heart from recent success against Rangers.

Back in August 2012, Rangers began life in Division Three with a very uncomfortable 2-2 draw at Balmoor, with the visitors needing a last-minute goal. Later in that campaign, Peterhead enjoyed a shock 2-1 victory at Ibrox.

The teams have met already this season, with Rangers easing to a 3-0 win at Ibrox in the League Cup.

  19. Blue Toon on the risepublished at 14:52 British Summer Time 10 April 2016

    Rangers v Peterhead (15:00)

The trophy cabinet at Peterhead's Balmoor is packed full of Highland League silverware and many Aberdeenshire Cups but their only senior success to date is the League Two title in 2014.

To be fair, the Blue Toon have only been in the senior set-up since 2000 and this season they are ticking along nicely with a chance of promotion to the Championship via the play-offs.
