Caley Thistle are turning the screw and, during a series of corners, Gary Warren has an effort headed clear in front of goal then Ross Draper should do better than turn the ball against the outside foot of the woodwork from six yards out after the ball falls to him in the clear at the back post.

The quality has dipped significantly after a bright opening period. The onus is perhaps on the visitors to go and attack in search of what would be a vital three points. Neither side particularly threatening.

Promising start from the home side, who'll feel they should have a personnel advantage after O'Hara's last-man challenge on Storey. Higginbotham needs to do better in supplying Boyd. Two great chances to deliver crosses abysmally wasted

  7. Inverness CT 0-0 Kilmarnockpublished at 10mins

  8. Inverness CT 0-0 Kilmarnockpublished at 9mins

  13. Magennis missingpublished at 12:26 British Summer Time 24 April 2016

Rory McKenzie comes in for Josh Magennis in the only change to the Kilmarnock line-up after that fine 3-0 win over St Johnstone.

The Northern Ireland striker has been in impressive form. Will his absence be significant?

A fabulous day for football with a lot at stake, particularly for Kilmarnock, who can potentially pull away from Dundee United and close in right behind Hamilton. You suspect Lee Clark's team can't afford a defeat

  15. Kilmarnock manager Lee Clarkpublished at 12:21 British Summer Time 24 April 2016

    On BBC Radio Scotland

"We've got five cup finals and we have to take something from them all because we are playing for our Premiership future.

"I can't influence what will happen at three o'clock, so we just have to concentrate on our game here.

"The last time out, we scored three, so that will give us confidence today."

"Financially it is £80,000 more per place and that will help us build a squad.

"We have been very unlucky not to get into the top six, but we just get on with it.

"Kilmarnock beat a St Johnstone team that we couldn't beat, so they are obviously on form and they beat us twice this season.

"If we beat them, it takes us 11 points clear of them and, if we lose, it is down to five points."

  20. Celtic overshadowed?published at 12:09 British Summer Time 24 April 2016

After the upheaval of midweek, with Ronny Deila revealing he will stand down as manager, the spotlight for once is away from Celtic.

However, with second-top Aberdeen and third-placed Hearts having both stumbling to defeat in the last two days, is it the Glasgow side's turn as they host Ross County?

The attitude of the Celtic players would seem key. They could down tools now that the manager is leaving, but they could quit as easily find a new lease of life as they look to impress whoever eventually is appointed as the Norwegian's successor.
