While we have a moment of quiet here at half-time, here's a reminder of both club's play-off records.
The play-offs have not been a happy hunting ground for Brighton recently, as they lost at the Championship semi-final stage to Crystal Palace in 2013 and Derby County in 2014.
They'll need to score twice in the second half against Wednesday to avoid completing an unwanted treble.
The Seagulls also lost a second-tier play-off final to Notts County in 1991 although they won promotion to the Championship via the play-offs in 2004.
As for Wednesday, they have won all four of their past play-off games.
The Owls won promotion to the Championship in 2004-05 in their only previous play-off campaign.
The South Yorkshire side beat Brentford twice before overcoming Hartlepool 4-2 in extra time at the Millennium Stadium.
Holding out for a draw tonight would be enough for Carlos Carvalhal's side to reach Wembley.
