And that is the half-time whistle.

It's been an absolutely breathless 45 minutes at the Amex.

Brighton have been on top for most of the match, but Wednesday have managed to keep their two-goal lead in the tie.

Brighton 1-1 Sheffield Wednesday (1-3 agg)

But Wednesday go straight up the other end and force a brilliant save from David Stockdale!

Moments after Kieran Lee cleared off the line, the visitors went forward through Fernando Forestieri and it's two-on-two.

The Italian clips a ball into his striker partner Gary Hooper, who powers a header at goal from about ten yards out.

But Stockdale stays big and manages to get a hand in the way. That is a crucial save!

This one is cleared off the line though by Wednesday's Kieran Lee!

There's an almighty scramble in the box from Jiri Skalak's corner and the ball is poked goalwards, but the midfielder is there to clear the ball away from danger.

    A huge moment!

Wednesday look like they are going to mount a decent counter-attack, but Fernando Forestieri mis-times his run badly and strays a mile offside.

That rather limits the attacking options, and Lewis Dunk snuffs out the danger fairly easily.

We've not seen much of the visitors going forward this evening.

It's probably been quite difficult viewing for Wednesday head coach Carlos Carvalhal so far - but his side still have a two-goal lead in the tie thanks to Ross Wallace's equaliser tonight.

As things stand, the Owls will be in the play-off final at Wembley on 28 May.

Brighton carve out another chance but find Wednesday keeper Keiren Westwood in great form again.

James Wilson latches on to a ball in the area and takes a touch to put him one-on-one with the keeper.

But his poked left-footed effort is too close to Westwood.

And from out of nothing, Wednesday get an equaliser and restore their two-goal lead in the tie!

It's Ross Wallace who puts a ball in from the right-hand side and Brighton don't deal with it.

Albion centre-back Lewis Dunk claims for a foul after a slight nudge from Gary Hooper but the ball evades them both and goes into the bottom corner.

Wallace claims the goal and the Owls are back in the driving seat.
