    Barnsley 2-1 Millwall

The team finishing fourth has won the League One play-offs in four of the last five campaigns.

For Millwall to make that five from six, they'll need to step it up and create some more chances. We are approaching the hour mark and Barnsley have another corner.

Millwall's front two will not give up on lost causes, they will run centre-halves down, they will fight for every ball and try to feed off the scraps. But at the minute it's just gone a little bit scrappy for Millwall.

Lee Gregory is almost in on goal for Millwall but the ball runs through to Adam Davies, who was quick off his line to gather.

    Barnsley 2-1 Millwall

Adam Hammill tries to make room for himself to shoot in the left half of the Millwall penalty area but Carlos Edwards does well to get a challenge in and it is a Barnsley corner.

The delivery isn't dealt with brilliantly but Millwall eventually clear.

No chances on goal to report yet since the break.

Millwall's momentum perhaps was lost slightly by the timing of the half-time break, but they still have plenty of time left to pick up the pace again and find an equaliser.

This half will be a test of both young managers' tactical and mental credentials, I suspect.

Barnsley's Paul Heckingbottom and Millwall's Neil Harris, both aged 38, have never managed a side in any game quite as big as this before.

I always feel as though something looks a bit odd, when the teams attack away from the own fans in a second half. Anyone else? Just me, maybe.

    Barnsley 2-1 Millwall

Barnsley have another corner but Adam Hammill makes a bit of a hash of it, trying to chip into the near post, and it goes out for a goal kick.

Barnsley, attacking the end that the Millwall fans are occupying, win an early corner but it comes to nothing.

"The talk in the press room at half-time has been that Barnsley capitalised on two Millwall defensive errors for their two goals.

"First, a simple long ball wasn't dealt with by the centre-backs and they failed to close Adam Hammill down for his second goal - although it was a sublime finish.

"The Lions looked overawed in the opening half-hour, but managed to get back in the game before the break. That woke their fans up, who had been stunned into silence when it was 2-0."

Fantastic tempo to the game - we've had goals, we've had incidents and we've got a brilliant atmosphere. The second half is finely-poised and it could go either way.

What did you make of the first 45 minutes then?

And which goal do you think was better - Adam Hammill's screamer today for Barnsley or Mohamed Diame's on Saturday for Hull?

The referee's whistle brings an end to the first half. I'm sure you'll be sticking around for the second half because we have a cracking game on our hands.

After two Barnsley goals looked like setting them on their way to a comfortable win, Millwall have battled back and have a real foothold in the game to build on after the break.

Barnsley win a corner right at the end of the half. Conor Hourihane's delivery causes problems for Jordan Archer but the referee stops play for a foul.
