Certainly would not have opted for John Stones in my fantasy football team if I had known his defensive partner would be Kolarov.

The writing is on the wall. There have been rumours and there is smoke and fire. The end might be nigh for Joe Hart at Manchester City.

I'm not at the training ground and don't know how they train or how the manager manages. But I'm not happy with it. I think Joe Hart deserves the right to start the season.
He didn't have a great Euros but you've got to give him the benefit of the doubt. You can kill a keeper's confidence and a relationship between a keeper and a manager. I think you've got to start with Joe. I'm disappointed with that.
Man City v Sunderland (17:30 BST)
Big news from the Etihad Stadium for Pep Guardiola's first game in charge - he has dropped England goalkeeper Joe Hart. He is on the bench and Willy Caballero comes in.
City's new £47m centre-half John Stones makes his debut, with left-back Aleksandar Kolarov filling in alongside him at the back, and another summer signing, Nolito, also starts.
Donald Love and Lyden Gooch make their debuts for Sunderland, and Jermain Defoe returns from injury to lead their attack.
The Black Cats' other new boys - Adnan Janujaz, Papy Djilobodji, and Paddy McNair are all on the bench for David Moyes' first game in charge.
He is new to the Premier League but there are high expectations over Pep Guardiola this season, understandably really.
Out of 33 BBC pundits, presenters and commentators asked who will win the title, 18 of them think City will be champions.
Mind you, none of them were right last season...

There are high expectations for Pep Guardiola at Manchester City this season but you have to remember he has never managed in the Premier League before and it is different to La Liga and the Bundesliga.
It may take time but if he can get City pressing the opposition with the players they have got, then they will win the league.
This is a tough start for David Moyes in his first game as Sunderland manager but I think he will sort them out. I remember when he took charge of Everton in 2002, and his buying and selling then was excellent.
Lawro's prediction: 2-0

Pep Guardiola cannot be accused of shirking the big decisions.
Having taken a month to assess the merits of his squad, the new Manchester City boss appears to have reached the conclusion he does not need England's Joe Hart.
There cannot be a bigger statement than leaving a goalkeeper out of the first game of the Premier League season when they are fully fit.
A whistle from the press room when the first name on City's team-sheet was enough to signify that.
Transfer deadline is 31 August. Where will Hart be when it has closed?
Man City boss Pep Guardiola: "Willy played very well in pre-season, and I trust him. I trust Joe as well but I had to make a decision and I took it."
Pep Guardiola has left out Joe Hart for his first game in charge. The England goalkeeper is on the bench, and Willy Caballero starts.

How did you get on last season? Got a reputation to protect? Or maybe you're new to the game and keen to impress?

A new season, a new start... some new faces, and a return of some old ones.
It's fair to say Pep Guardiola's first competitive game in charge of Manchester City has been much anticipated. Not just who will play, how will they play - and how quickly will they get the hang of Pep's demanding pressing style?
It has been all change at Sunderland this summer too. Big Sam got the big job as England manager, so in comes David Moyes.
Just coincidence, but his first Premier League game since he was sacked by Manchester United in April 2014 is back in Manchester. I am sure he will get a warm welcome from City's fans...
