  1. goal

GOAL - Swansea 2-2 Chelseapublished at 81 mins

    Diego Costa

    Who else?

And, of course, there's an element of controversy in this equaliser. Branislav Ivanovic's low ball across goal is deflected up into the middle, Diego Costa launches into a fine overhead kick and buries a shot off the face of Federico Fernandez.

But his boot did make contact with Kyle Naughton. Should that have stood? Should Costa have been sent off earlier?

A lot of people are suggesting that Gary Cahill was fouled by Leroy Fer - I wasn't so sure. Another talking point to add to the list from this brilliant second half.

Oscar heads over the top. He's had five attempts on goal now.

Do we not fancy mentioning that Fer quite clearly fouled Cahill for the second goal? You know, just to balance out the constant Costa critique.

When are refs going to get tough on diving? That's twice Costa has avoided being sent off this season for cheating. It has to be sorted; the rewards for conning the ref are outweighing the risks of being caught!

Chelsea are having to chase the game and they don't look as creative as they were are the start.

Antonio Conte is going for it with his substitutions.

Cesc Fabregas immediately demands the ball in midfield, vocally calling for it, and he finds Oscar, who shoots wide from 20 yards.

    Can Swansea hang on?

Chelsea are readying Cesc Fabregas. They haven't actually threatened for a few minutes - but now they do! Eden Hazard stands up a lovely cross to the back post, Diego Costa is piling in for the header but Kyle Naughton heads it away.

Don't forget that after today's match there will be 606 on 5 live with Kelly Cates and Ian Wright.

Up for discussion - well Villa drew with Forest earlier in the day. What did you make of that?

What did you think of Joe Hart's debut for Italy? Can he still be England's number one while playing in Serie A?

And of course - Swansea v Chelsea. Thoughts please.

Swansea have scored with both of their efforts on target. Antonio Conte must be wondering how on earth his side have ended up in this predicament. Time to make some changes?

Bad defending = great entertainment. I've always said it.

Which is why I am delighted to see David Luiz back in town. Will he get on?

Chelsea need a goal in the last 20 minutes. Perhaps Michy Batshuayi is a more likely call.

Diego Costa should be off the field. He has been booked and he dived.

Lukasz Fabianski was outside of the area when he challenged Diego Costa there, just to get in the current theme of goalkeepers playing with their feet.

He went knee-to-knee with the big striker. I don't think it was a foul but not so sure it was a blatant dive either. Don't make me a ref...

Chelsea now in a mess. Put these sides under the microscope and you'll see what they are made of.

But now Eden Hazard is almost through, Lukasz Fabianski makes a challenge and Diego Costa goes down!

Was that a dive?! Nothing given. Moments later Oscar tests Fabianksi with a dipping 20-yarder.

    What a game!

How a game can turn in an instant. We have gone from Chelsea absolutely cruising to being behind.

Thibaut Coutois was booked and not sent off, which is another contentious decision.

The reason he has not been sent off is that the referee feels the ball is going away from the Chelsea goal but on another day another ref might have sent him off.

  17. goal

GOAL - Swansea 2-1 Chelseapublished at 62 mins

    Leroy Fer

Chelsea have had a few minutes of absolute mayhem at the back! Just after that clanger from Courtois, it's a collapse from Cahill!

John Terry passes it square to Gary Cahill, no danger, but he delays and Leroy Fer nips in to tackle him and race in on goal! Again, Thiabuat Courtois could have done better but Fer's shot just about creeps past him and over the line!

  19. YELLOW CARDpublished at 60 mins

    Swansea 1-1 Chelsea

Let's clear that one up. Thibaut Courtois was booked for his challenge on Gylfi Sigurdsson, could that have been red?

Well, the rules have been changed this season so it's no longer an instant red for denying a goalscoring opportunity, and John Terry was getting back on the line too.

You are now likely to be booked for an accidental foul that denies a goalscoring opportunity.

Courtois was simply caught in a bad position from a long ball forward.
