    Play up Pompey

Well, there may be little in terms of goals to shout about in the Championship, but there's certainly no shortage in League Two.

There were three in added time in the first half at Fratton Park, where Portsmouth are currently edging a five-goal thriller against Wycombe that at the minute has lifted them to second in the table.

Further down the south coast leaders Plymouth are one up against Cambridge, who look like staying winless and rock bottom in League Two.

Talking of goals, Jon Parkin is still banging them in. The 34-year-old has netted twice for Newport as they look to climb away from the drop zone, but the Welsh outfit are currently being held at home by Cheltenham.

  2. 'Arsenal playing with very little purpose'published at 16:15 British Summer Time 10 September 2016

    Arsenal 1-1 Southampton

    Clive Allen
Former Tottenham & England forward at Emirates Stadium for 5 live Sport

It's too slow from Arsenal, who are constantly playing the ball inside and with very little purpose. There's not enough movement off the ball either, which is usually one of Arsenal's trademarks.

As a result, Southampton have been able to contain the Gunners.

    Arsenal 1-1 Southampton

Arsenal still not at the races really and half-time substitute Shane Long forces Gunners keeper Petr Cech into a save from distance.

    Son Heung-min (56 mins)

Pick that one out! What a superb goal from Son Heung-min! The forward was linked with a move away from White Hart Lane this summer, they'll be glad they kept hold of him now.

Christian Eriksen with his second assist, little pass into the Korean's stride and he bends it first time into the roof of the net from 16 yards out.

Manchester City really put their bodies on the line to secure that 2-1 victory at Old Trafford today. Just ask Aleksandar Kolarov...

  6. GREAT SAVE!published at 16:13 British Summer Time 10 September 2016

    Middlesbrough 1-2 Crystal Palace

We've seen one outrageous goal from a centre-half already today and here's almost another, Boro defender Ben Gibson shoots from about 30 yards out, left-footed, and Steve Mandanda tips it over.

    Arsenal 1-1 Southampton

Lucas Perez is struggling to get into the game at the Emirates. He has made just two touches of the ball in the Southampton box so far. Maybe time to send on some support? Iwobi, Sanchez and Giroud are all on the Gunners bench.

  8. CLOSE!published at 16:12 British Summer Time 10 September 2016

    Stoke 0-1 Tottenham

The Stoke of old. A corner into the mixer, all sorts of bodies in the way and it ends with Ryan Shawcross shooting wide from about six yards out.

  9. goal

GOAL - West Ham 2-3 Watfordpublished at 16:11 British Summer Time 10 September 2016

    Etienne Capoue (53 mins)

Etienne Capoue continues his brilliant start to the season and Watford go ahead, having trailed 2-0. He chests a Roberto Pereyra cross down down in the box and absolutely thwacks an effort past Adrian into the back of the net.

    West Ham 2-2 Watford

Winston Reid saves West Ham and himself here. The defender slips as he prepares to deal with a cross but he manages to head it away even on the ground. There was a Watford striker waiting behind him to tap the ball home.

    Bournemouth 0-0 West Brom

Saido Berahino is close to opening the scoring but Artur Boruc stands up well to claw his effort away. Will we get a goal on the south coast?

  12. CLOSE!published at 16:09 British Summer Time 10 September 2016

    Middlesbrough 1-2 Crystal Palace

Lovely! Great hit from Stewart Downing as he cracks in a shot from range, it is flying goalward at a rate of knots but ends up fading just past the top corner.

    Boro well in this.

    Burnley 0-0 Hull

Hull should probably be ahead as Adama Diomande turns a David Meyler cross wide at the far post. At most he was four yards out. Poor effort.

    Stoke 0-1 Tottenham

Christian Eriksen is a real class act and the Dane rifles in a dipping shot after Dele Alli's clever chip through found him in space. Comfortable enough save from Shay Given though.

  15. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 16:07 British Summer Time 10 September 2016

    Bournemouth 0-0 West Brom

West Brom want a penalty for some holding at a corner but there is no decision made. Those early season decisions were maybe not the game changer we thought...

    West Ham 2-2 Watford

First chance of the second half at the London Olympic (nee Olympic Stadium). Manuel Lanzini fires a shot over from the edge of the box for West Ham, who led this game 2-0 five minutes before half-time.

Now Odion Ighalo has a shot at the other end, but skews his effort well wide.

    Middlesbrough 1-2 Crystal Palace

    Chris Sutton
    Ex-Chelsea striker, BBC Final Score

Palace did well to keep hold of Zaha as he wanted away. Steve Parish wasn't having any of it.

They’ve put him in today and it’s paid dividends.

  18. 'It's another defensive mistake'published at 16:06 British Summer Time 10 September 2016

    Middlesbrough 1-2 Crystal Palace

    Kevin Kilbane
Former Everton and Sunderland winger on Final Score

Boro are very much a defensive side and they usually like to sit on their leads. But it's another defensive mistake, although it's great muscle and intent from Zaha.

  19. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:04 British Summer Time 10 September 2016

    Arsenal 1-1 Southampton

Southampton made a change up front at the break as Shane Long replaced Jay Rodriguez.
