    Son Heung-min (41 mins)

That will do nothing to calm the seething atmosphere in the stands as Spurs take the lead, it's a cracking counter-attack too. Christian Eriksen makes up loads of room down the right to get on the end of a ball out to him, he manages to get his head up and pick out Son Heung-min in the middle. The South Korean buries it with a left-footed volley. Great composure and technique.

There's not been reams to tell you about since Arsenal's stunning equaliser. Southampton are having a good bit of the ball but they're not doing much with it.

    Kevin Kilbane
Former Everton and Sunderland winger on Final Score

Great header! Boro have sat back too much and have invited pressure, but they are so dangerous from dead-ball situations. And what leap and power from Ayala.

    Daniel Ayala (38 mins)

Two goals, two looping headers at the Riverside. This is football reduced to its fundamentals, Stewart Downing's corner headed in by Daniel Ayala. Should Steve Mandanda have done better there?

  5. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 15:37 British Summer Time 10 September 2016

    Stoke 0-0 Tottenham

It's going to kick off properly in a minute at Stoke. It's fiery.

Spurs want a penalty when Kyle Walker heads back into the hand of Erik Pieters, who was no more than a yard away. No dice.

  7. HUGHES SENT OFFpublished at 15:35 British Summer Time 10 September 2016

    Stoke 0-0 Tottenham

Sparky by name, Sparky by nature! Mark Hughes has been sent to the stands after loudly and vocally criticising a refereeing decision.

On his way off he gees up the home crowd, asking for more noise!

    Chris Sutton

You’re not allowed to do things like that on a football field.

How Payet’s done that, I couldn’t possibly tell you. And I couldn’t do it.

  9. goal

GOAL - West Ham 2-0 Watfordpublished at 15:33 British Summer Time 10 September 2016

    Michail Antonio (33 mins)

I had a go at Manuel Lanzini a few minutes ago for having a rabona shot. Well Dimitri Payet pulls off the same trick with a cross. And it's successful, Michail Antonio comes flying in with ANOTHER header to double the Hammers' lead. A fantastic goal in a fantastic game.

    West Ham 1-0 Watford

Michail Antonio goes on another dribble for West Ham, he thinks he has the beating of Watford's man mountain defender Younes Kaboul, But he's wrong. The ex-Sunderland centre-back gets it out for a corner, which comes to nothing.

  11. SITTER!published at 15:31 British Summer Time 10 September 2016

    Stoke 0-0 Tottenham

    Oh dear.

Dele Alli is played clean through on goal by an inadvertent touch from Marko Arnautovic, he's 10 yards out and puts it at least 10 yards wide.

Alli missed a completely open goal at Stoke last season, when Spurs were flying. This wasn't quite as bad but on form he would at least be hitting the target.

You’re not allowed to score goals like that if you’re a centre-half.

    What an overhead kick.

    Bournemouth 0-0 West Brom

The Cherries are still making all the running, with Max Gradel a thorn in the West Brom side. But I said before the game that this looked like a 0-0. And so far, that's the way it is going.

Laurent Koscielny levels for Arsenal from a corner. It's a header right? Nope, try a flying acrobatic volley with his back to goal instead - that must be the best goal the French centre-back has ever scored.

  15. EFL updatepublished at 15:28 British Summer Time 10 September 2016

    Wanderers on the up

Bolton Wanderers seem intent on returning to the Championship at the first time of asking. The League One leaders are ahead against MK Dons, whose stuttering start to the campaign continues.

Phil Parkinson's side only needed one shot on target to take the lead, and it was summer signing Mark Beevers who found the net for the home side.

The hosts had a flying start to the campaign with four wins on the bounce before draws against Southend and Charlton, but they remain on course to maintain their unbeaten streak.

Mat VP: Not sure what Wenger does after an international break in training but whatever it is it doesn't seem to work very well.

Graham Green: Well, I certainly didn't expect Southampton to score first at Arsenal - proving yet again my immense punditry skills.

    Burnley 0-0 Hull

Burnley midfielder Johann Berg Gudmundsson has a shot blocked and Republic of Ireland left-back Stephen Ward drills the rebound over from outside the box.

He used to be a forward, but it really doesn't show. Ever.

Arsenal's first chance of the game as Theo Walcott flicks over a Santi Cazorla free-kick from near the corner flag. They've not been great so far.

  19. GREAT SAVE!published at 15:25 British Summer Time 10 September 2016

    Middlesbrough 0-1 Crystal Palace

Andros Townsend is teed up on the edge of the box after good hold-up play from Christian Benteke, but Victor Valdes is alive to his shot and flies to his right to paw it away. Palace looking lively in attack this afternoon.

    Bournemouth 0-0 West Brom

The home side are seeing most of the ball but apart from that one early Jordon Ibe shot they are yet to look like threatening. West Brom's record signing Nacer Chadli is yet to shine either.
