The rubber-stamping of West Brom's takeover has put Tony Pulis' future in the spotlight again.

He insists he doesn't expect much to change under the new owner, but he could certainly do with things going in a different direction on the pitch, as wins and goals continue to be in very short supply.

Pulis would love West Ham to be as charitable at the back as they were last week, with the Hammers going from the sublime to the ridiculous against Watford.

Slaven Bilic is hopeful that capitulation will be a turning point and is expecting a 'big response'. After losing three of their opening four league games, he needs one.

Tony Cocozza in London: Why is Antonio playing at full back? He scores when he's in an attacking role and he makes errors when he's at the back. What is Bilic doing?

West Ham have him starting on the right wing, with Havard Nordtveit at right-back.

In 23 minutes we will know for sure.

    Two changes for either side.

For West Brom, forward Salomón Rondón and winger James McClean replace Sam Field and Saido Berahino, who drops to the bench.

The biggest news is on the Baggies bench where Wales striker and Euro 2016 hero Hal Robson-Kanu sits, ahead of what could be his first appearance since joining on a free on transfer deadline day.

The sun is shining on the Hawthorns today as West Brom entertain West Ham.

You could say it is now the land of the rising sun, after the Baggies were officially taken over by a Chinese investment group just days ago.

How the new owners would love to mark their new investment with a win.

They face a Hammers side at the wrong end of the table after three defeats in their opening four games.

Much was expected of this West Ham side, who spent over £50m in the summer.

After a 4-2 defeat by Watford last week, can they bounce back today?
