It doesn't get much more emphatic than that. Liverpool were miles better from start to finish. Klopp's men march on.

Mike Phelan is still smiling down on the touchline. He is a better man than me. I'd have rebooted the computer without saving a long time ago.

Dan Fookes: Has Danny Mills not spotted Liverpool have already beaten Chelsea, Arsenal and Leicester? Unless by big teams, he meant Burnley.

Robin Lewitt: Danny Mills - Liverpool suspect against the bigger teams? What like, Spurs, Arsenal, Chelsea or Leicester?

Komfo Adu: Ridiculous from Mills. Were Liverpool found out by the so-called big teams: Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham, and the defending champions?

Is there a less desirable on-field role in football than the one currently being performed by Abel Hernandez? He is taking lone striker to the extreme degree.

Coutinho hits the free-kick into the wall and wins a corner. The home side have had 12 of them now. They waste this one, though.
