    Swansea 1-1 Manchester City

Manchester City's Raheem Sterling falls to the ground, rather theatrically, in the penalty area with Angel Rangel the closest Swansea man to him.

But referee Neil Swarbrick is not impressed, and nor are the home fans who let Sterling know what they think of him with a chorus of boos.

Sergio Aguero then has a shot at goal, but the ball can only end up on the roof of the net.

Manchester City have had more of the ball, with Swansea happy to defend deep and in numbers when their opponents have possession.

But, we're level at 1-1 after 25 minutes.

The offside flag is up anyway, but Sergio Aguero drifts deep and to the right wing where he finds the ball and sends in a great delivery. Raheem Sterling, steaming in, can not get a touch but a warning sign for the hosts.

Swansea are having a lot of joy down the left side. After a very difficult early period for the Swans they have really come into this game.

Swansea had a few chances before the goal. Sagna slips and City didn't deal with the situation defensively. But that takes nothing away from Fernando Llorente who has absolutely smashed it in.

If Sergio Aguero's goal on his return to the Manchester City team was to be expected, Fernando Llorente's equaliser was as surprising as it was immediate.

Just a few minutes after City's opener, Llorente sparked the Liberty Stadium crowd into life with his first goal for the Swans, an emphatic half-volley.

It grabbed Pep Guardiola's attention too. Having sat down in the dugout for most of the match, the City manager was up and prowling his technical area as soon as the ball hit the net.

Something's gone wrong for Manchester City because Swansea simply don't score goals in the first half.

That strike from Llorente, with his left foot, was so very sweet. What a strike, his first effort on goal.

    Fernando Llorente (Swansea)

Swansea are not behind for long as Fernando Llorente blasts in his first goal for the Swans.

Sigurdsson lofts a ball into the penalty area and Llorente takes advantage of a slip from Manchester City right-back Bacary Sagna. But what a strike from the Spain international, who gives it the treatment to blast an equaliser for the hosts from 12 yards out after an earlier touch to set himself.

Only moments early, Llorente had been denied by away goalkeeper Claudio Bravo, but Joe Hart's replacement could do nothing about that strike.

Swansea did not clear their lines very well and Aguero's first touch was magnificent.

The feeling really is one of wondering how many goals City can rack up today, because that Swansea defence looks leaky.

    Sergio Aguero (Manchester City)

    So simple for Manchester City.

Bacary Sagna, under no pressure on the right wing, is able to find Sergio Aguero on the edge of the box, and the Argentine can take a fantastic touch to create lots of space and then shoot low and hard past Lukasz Fabianski.

Swansea have the ball in the net, but a long time after referee Neil Swarbrick had blown for an infringement from Jack Cork and Manchester City had stopped playing.

Still, it gets a cheer from the home fans.

The first time Swansea get their foot on the ball, but they fail to capitalise. Gylfi Sigurdsson lofts a ball to the back post but Wayne Routledge's header is weak and no danger at all for Claudio Bravo.

    Swansea 0-0 Manchester City

Manchester City let everyone have a touch as they start by dominating the ball - a sign of things to come?

Swansea are sitting deep, with none of their players further forward than 30 yards from their own goal.

It already looks like they will look to soak up their opponents' pressure and go for the counter-attack.

Manchester City are playing a completely different brand of football. Yes City were good last year but this is something else. He has taken players and moved them into different positions, had the audacity to do that, and it's working.

It would be a major shock if Pep Guardiola fails to make it a perfect 10 after his club record run, for a new manager, of nine victories in his nine opening matches in charge.

Sergio Aguero is back after his ban to add to his nine goals in all competitions. It's all very positive.

Even a side showing nine changes was too strong in midweek for Swansea, who haven't won at home and will have cause for grave concern unless they rediscover their old unity and flair soon.
