He'll probably have pointed to his watch and said, "I've stopped it".

NK Domzale are smelling blood, they can see this West Ham defence is as creaky as an old wooden ship. Will the Hammers sail away with some damage incurred, or will it sink?

They're hanging on here. All the play in the last 10 minutes has been in their half, but can the home side capitalise?

The corner is swung in but Andy Carroll does his defensive duty with a good header away.

Shortly after, Matic Crnic goes down in the box and is the referee about to award the third penalty of the match?

No, not this time. He judges Pedro Obiang to have made a legal tackle. I'm not too sure, it could have been given.

An hour gone and West Ham are behind. They don't look like getting back into this game at the moment.

In fact, if I was a betting man I'd put money on NK Domzale getting another goal here.

They've got a corner...

Problems for West Ham on the right-side of their defence again. Where is Michail Antonio and why is no-one having a word with him to drop back?

NK Domzale left-back Jure Balkovec finds space and rockets a low shot towards the bottom corner, but Adrian gets down sharply to push the ball away. A good stop.

I'm guessing NK Domzale goalkeeper Axel Maraval is good at Pokemon Go, because the lad catches everything.

This time he comes off his line to smother Sofiane Feghouli's cross into the box, with full-back Sam Byram closing in.

Excellent 'keeping.

It is not just for that challenge though, it's an accumulation.

NK Domzale boss Luka Elsner is a slick looking man. Hair gelled back, dressed in a sharp navy blue suit, with brown shoes, the 33-year-old looks like he has just had his uni graduation this week.

Prowling that touchline, he'll be extremely pleased with what he has seen from his side thus far.

Still plenty of time to go though.

Matic Crnic on a hat-trick now. Mid to lower Premier League sides looking for a goalscorer? They may want to look at this man.

West Ham manager Slaven Bilic, sat in the stands, does not look happy. They got back into the game in the first half and have to do it again in the second.

So much space down that side, what an opportunity and it's an exquisite finish! He opens up his body and just passed it in, almost kissing the base of the post. 

West Ham have started the second half brightly and a lumped ball (they have Andy Carroll playing) into the NK Domzale penalty area causes some confusion but the home defenders can scramble clear.

Second later, goalscorer Mark Noble tries a first-time effort from the edge of the area but it is straight into the hands of Axel Maraval.

In the night's other game of note, Aberdeen have certainly had the better of it, creating numerous opportunities, but the game's outstanding chance fell to Maribor's Marwan Kabha who blasted over when just eight yards out in front of goal.

Once West Ham dusted themselves down they looked good, played with some flow and momentum. They look good from set plays.

But Domzale look dangerous on the counter, they have sprung attacks with real enthusiasm and finished the half strongly. West Ham needed the break when it came.

And there goes the half-time whistle.

It's been a half of two penalties, which both sides converting their efforts from the spot.

NK Domzale goalscorer Matic Crnic goes down under a challenge into his hip and he looks in a bit of pain.

He should be OK to run it off though.

First time I have seen NK Domzale in action (first time I've heard of them too, to be honest) but they are neat in possession and are not afraid to put the boot in to the opposition either.

Neither side will be too unhappy with the scoreline going into half time.

Sofiane Feghouli at the centre of everything West Ham do in the final third. The quality of his delivery is top notch.

His corner is met by fellow debutant Havard Nordtveit, but the Norwegian's header flies over the crossbar.
