All over! Nothing to tell you about in those final two minutes - pretty much like there wasn't in the previous 90-plus.

But... It can probably go down as a decent point for both sides. Saints stay top of Group K after taking four points from the opening two games, just ahead of tonight's opponents Hapoel.

The Israeli champions' unbeaten run at their new home stretches to 23 matches.

The fourth official hoists his electronic board into the dimming Israeli sky. The big, red, number two tells us what we need to know. I'd have long dashed off to beat the car park queue.

Meanwhile, it is refreshing to see some honest words from a manager for once. Not scripted or what they have been told to say in media training.

Zorya Luhansk boss Yuriy Vernydub has said that playing at Old Trafford will be a daunting experience.

"Frankly speaking, it is frightening," he said. "There is no need to be evasive. We understand that Manchester United are world class brand.

"However, we are trying to instill confidence in our players. Everything is possible in sports. We believe that first of all we should play with dignity."

Shane Long overhits a crossfield pass into touch. Pretty much sums up this game. Two minutes of normal time left.

Dusan Tadic twists and turns in the Hapoel box, but a home head meets his cross. Cucho Martina has another crack, pushing his cross from the right flank out for a goal kick.

Saints haven't conceded for more than six hours now. Just saying...

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg was once built up as Bayern Munich's next big thing. Not seen much evidence of that so far from Saints' £13m summer signing. A moment of magic now would go down nicely. The Dane is on for Nathan Redmond.

Now Fraser Forster is troubled. The Southampton keeper flings low himself to his left, pushing home substitute Hoban's low shot from the edge of the box.

Hapoel centre-back Shir Tzedek is lurking at the far post as the free-kick is swung in, but he can't trouble Fraser Forster. Inside the final 10 minutes...

Free-kick in a dangerous position close to the right corner flag for Hapoel. Buzaglo (didn't he used to play for Woking??) trips himself over Matt Targett's leg and the ref falls for it hook, line and sinker. Chance...

It is only the second round of games, but following defeat against Feyenoord in the opening game, Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has called this tie a must win game.

The Portuguese said: "If we don’t win, we have four matches and I would say we’d have to win all the last four matches, which is difficult.

"I think tomorrow is very important that we win the game."

The Hapoel fans find their vocal chords again. Little over 10 minutes for someone - anyone - to bag a winner. One goal will settle this.

Gamble! That's what my old Sunday League coach would be shouting. Dusan Tadic glides a cross in from the right and not one Saints player attacks the ball in the six-yard box. Shane Long and Nathan Redmond were more flat-footed than pair of cheap rubber plimsolls.

I could see Saints nabbing something here. Don't ask me why. It's just a feeling. Shane Long makes a nuisance of himself in the right channel of the Hapoel box, but the home players flood back in numbers to cut out his options.

  15. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 70 mins

Another change for the hosts. Skipper Maor Melikson's day is done. Shame that, he's looked relatively lively.

Would you take a draw here Saints fans? You'd fancy your side's chances of turning over Inter Milan. Home and away.

Playing in the Europa League - the secondary level of European club football - invariably means you will come up against some of the minnows from the continent.

For Manchester United, their opponents Zorya Luhansk are such an unknown quantity that manager Jose Mourinho admitted he knew very little about them when the draw was made.

Let me fill you in. Zorya's only major trophy came in 1972 when they won the Soviet Top League title and qualified for this season's group stages after finishing fourth in their domestic league.

Well known players? None of note...unless you are scouting Ukraine on Football Manager.

Apparently, their players have not been paid, external in the last six months either.

Hapoel's best chance of the game. Skipper Maor Melikson races on to a perfectly-weighted pass in the Saints box, arrowing a low shot past the far post from the right channel.

Home sub Ben Sahar - just on - stretches out his size nine, but can't bundle it in.

First roll of the tactical dice from Hapoel. And the man they've turned to is a familiar name to Premier League fans. OK, to die-hard Premier League fans and those who used to collect Merlin stickers.

Ben Sahar. Remember him? Started out at Chelsea and had loan spells at QPR and Sheffield Wednesday. Since then he has done more travelling around Europe than a gap-year student.
