  1. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:59 British Summer Time 13 August 2016

    Inverness CT 1-2 Ross County

    Barry Wilson
BBC Scotland at the Caledonian Stadium

"Inverness really have grabbed a lifeline with that goal before half time. No-one was quite sure what the confusion was regarding the goal but it certainly gives Inverness hope in a game where County dominated and could have been three or four in front. It's game on now, however, in a pulsating Highland derby."

  4. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:53 British Summer Time 13 August 2016

    Aberdeen 0-0 Hearts

    Scott Davie
    BBC Scotland at Pittodrie

"Aberdeen should have been ahead in a first 30 minutes they largely controlled with Hearts struggling to get out of their own half during that period.

"The last 15 minutes were more encouraging for the visitors as they at last started to produce some quality link-up play that posed a few problems for the Dons."

  9. goal

GOAL Inverness CT 1-2 Ross Countypublished at 15:47 British Summer Time 13 August 2016

    Scott Boden

Inverness are right back in the game after Scott Boden runs on to a long ball over the top and prods a nice finish low into the far corner. Referee Andrew Dallas initially signal no goal and points to his assistant. Seconds later, the whistler has his earpiece pressed to his head and says it is a goal after all. County defence not happy, home team delighted...

  11. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:42 British Summer Time 13 August 2016

    Aberdeen 0-0 Hearts

Seven yellow cards against Celtic, four in midweek against St Johnstone, and three already this half for Hearts against Aberdeen.

Full-back Faycal Rherras is booked after he gives away a free-kick and then kicked the ball away in frustration. He is swiftly followed by Prince Buaben, with Tony Watt also in the book.

Head coach Robbie Neilson may well have a problem with suspensions soon at this rate.

  13. CLOSE!published at 15:37 British Summer Time 13 August 2016

    Aberdeen 0-0 Hearts

Sam Nicholson dinks in a free-kick for John Souttar who heads past the post. From where he was on the edge of the six yard box the young Hearts defender will feel he should have hit the target at least.

  14. County in controlpublished at 15:37 British Summer Time 13 August 2016

    Inverness CT 0-2 Ross County

    Barry Wilson
BBC Scotland at the Caledonian Stadium

"What a start to this game from the visitors and what a second goal from Liam Boyce. Inverness paid the price for not replacing Kevin McNaughton immediately after picking up a nasty-looking injury. The change to 4-4-2 looks to have been a masterstroke by Jim McIntyre."

  15. CLOSE!published at 15:36 British Summer Time 13 August 2016

    Motherwell 0-0 St Johnstone

Lionel Ainsworth goes close for Motherwell. He takes maybe one touch too many, but manages to get his shot away, dragging it just side of the far post.

  16. United in control...for nowpublished at 15:36 British Summer Time 13 August 2016

    Dumbarton 0-0 Dundee United

    Kenny Crawford
    BBC Sport Scotland

"There's no doubt Dundee United have largely been in control of this match against Dumbarton but turning possession into serious chances has been difficult for Ray McKinnon's men. The Sons are creeping into this."

  17. Championship updatepublished at 15:34 British Summer Time 13 August 2016

Of the five matches in the Championship, only Dumbarton v Dundee United is without a goal. In the other four games, the home team leads 1-0 - that is, Hibs, Morton, Queen of the South and Raith Rovers are all a goal to the good.

  18. ouch!

    Ouch!published at 15:32 British Summer Time 13 August 2016

    Inverness CT 0-2 Ross County

More trouble for the hosts as Billy King takes a bang on the back after going down awkwardly in the penalty box. He's being led off the pitch for a bit of magic sponge treatment but it looks like he should be able to carry on.

  19. Waves of Dons attackspublished at 15:32 British Summer Time 13 August 2016

    Aberdeen 0-0 Hearts

    Scott Davie
    BBC Scotland at Pittodrie

"Hearts' backline are working hard to repel the waves of Aberdeen attacks but there is a real lack of quality when they try to go forward. They are struggling to do even the simple things at times on the rare occasions when they do approach the Dons' final third."

  20. goal

GOAL Hamilton 1-0 Kilmarnockpublished at 15:28 British Summer Time 13 August 2016

    Louis Longridge

Hamilton have the lead. It's a scrappy one with Killie struggling to clear their lines and Louis Longridge firing low into the net from the left.
