Jonathan Franks replaces the departed Richard Foster for County.
Lee Clark goes with an attacking line up, both Boyd and Coulibaly up front and that proved effective against Hamilton last week.
Both sides looking for back-to-back wins to start progressing up the Premiership.
Hearts v Inverness Caledonian Thistle
Caley Thistle manager Richie Foran follows the example of predecessor John Hughes by not naming a full complement of seven substitutes, filling only five of the places on the bench.
Fit-again Josh Meekings comes into the defence as a replacement for Kevin McNaughton, who underwent surgery on a ruptured Achilles this week.
On-loan winger Billy King sits out the game against his parent club, with Jake Mulraney his replacement.
St Mirren manager Alex Rae: "We're very conscious of what Hibs will bring to the table and we need to match it in all departments.
"We've turned our home form around here so we want to continue on that vein."
Hibs manager Neil Lennon: "We've had a good start but that's all it is. We're not into full mode yet.
"This is another real test. Our bench looks a lot stronger now with Andrew Shinnie and Brian Graham there. It was too early to start them."
Dundee Utd boss Ray McKinnon: "We have got seven new players and they are all starting to gel. It's going to take time to basically put a new team on the park.
"They have to learn quickly and we see that games are going to be difficult. Sometimes in games you just have to dig them out and give teams nothing."
Ayr Utd boss Ian McCall: "Hopefully the boys can show just how good they are and show the faith I have in them. They have done so in the cup against Aberdeen and Hamilton but in the league they haven't.
"Everybody is saying if we finish in eighth position great but the landscape of Scottish football has changed since the last time Ayr Utd were in this league. You have got Dunfermline, Hibs and Dundee Utd with Falkirk and St Mirren. It's hard for us to compete with them bout we have earned the right to do so."
Hearts striker Bjørn Johnsen could make his first appearance for the club after the American received international clearance to play. He starts on the bench for today's meeting with Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
"He's a good player," said Hearts manager Robbie Neilson.
"He was playing in Portugal for a couple of years, then Bulgaria, he did well there. He's totally different from anything else in Scotland and I think he'll be a real handful for opposition teams."

Kilmarnock manager Lee Clark on his new signings Luke Hendrie and Charlee Adams, who both start today.
"Luke Hendrie is a specialised right back who is highly thought of at Burnley.
"Charlee can cover various positions and is very aggressive - he'll play in midfield today to give us good legs and energy."

Raith Rovers v Dunfermline Athletic
Only the one change in the Fife derby at Stark's Park as central defender Lee Ashcroft returns after suspension for Dunfermline, with Callum Fordyce dropping to the bench against Raith Rovers.
Celtic winger James Forrest: "We got a wee bit complacent second half and fair play to them for getting the two goals. We can stop that happening. We need to work on it. We had to show character to get the fourth."
