    West Brom 0-4 Man City

Manchester City return to the top of the table - and the six-match winless run comes to an end.

Too little, too late, from the Baggies.

    Cruising here, City.

    Three minutes added on.

That is just ridiculously simple, De Bruyne is waiting and waiting, he commits his defender and the pace on the ball allows Gundogan to just help it into the far corner.

He's quietly impressive Gundogan, he's neat and tidy on the ball, impressive defensively and he's got a great engine up and down the pitch.

He's neat and tidy and a really good player for Manchester City.

GOAL - West Brom 0-4 Man Citypublished at 89 mins

    Ilkay Gundogan

So easy. Kevin de Bruyne strolls towards goal from wide left, picks out Ilkay Gundogan who, with four players around him, strokes home first time for his second of the match.

  5. Postpublished at 87 mins

    West Brom 0-3 Man City

Bit of a worry here for City as John Stones remains down for a tad too long. He's back on his feet now after a visit from the physio. Should be OK.

Hal Robson-Kanu comes on for Nacer Chadli in West Brom's final change. Not that it will change much.

  6. HITS THE POST!published at 84 mins

    West Brom 0-3 Man City

Great work by Jonathan Leko, weaving into space on the right, he picks out Gareth McAuley with a cut-back and the centre-back hits low against the post!

It comes straight back to him! Over the bar!

  7. West Brom's silver lining?published at 16:41 British Summer Time 29 October 2016

    West Brom 0-3 Man City

    Mark Lawrenson
Former Liverpool defender on BBC Radio 5 live

Jonathan Leko is very fast, he's got the tricks, he just doesn't know when to let the pass go.

But he looks like a prospect.

  8. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 83 mins

    West Brom 0-3 Man City

David Silva's being rested too. On comes Aleix Garcia in his place.

  9. 'The game is over'published at 16:41 British Summer Time 29 October 2016

    West Brom 0-3 Man City

    Mark Lawrenson
Former Liverpool defender on BBC Radio 5 live

West Brom pushed out as a unit and Gundogan timed his run perfectly. He even had time to look at the official to see if he was onside!

That's it now. There was a spirited response as well but the game is over.

  10. goal

GOAL - West Brom 0-3 Man Citypublished at 78 mins

    Ilkay Gundogan

What a goal. Sergio Aguero adds a brilliant flicked assist to his two goals as Ilkay Gundogan expertly slots home. This one is surely done and dusted now.

Too little too late from the Baggies.

    West Brom 0-2 Man City

Raheem Sterling gets to rest up before playing Barcelona at home on Tuesday, with Jesus Navas on in his place.

  12. YELLOW CARDpublished at 75 mins

    West Brom 0-2 Man City

There is a very strong sense West Brom could yet have a say in this.

Fernando goes in the book as City send their man back to mark the increasingly influential James McClean.

  13. 'City defending for their lives'published at 16:33 British Summer Time 29 October 2016

    West Brom 0-2 Man City

City are defending for their lives - and quite rightly. You don't want to concede now and have a very tricky last 15 minutes.

    West Brom 0-2 Man City

At the very least Rondon should have hit the target there - that was the opportunity that West Brom had been waiting for.

  15. CHANCE!published at 72 mins

    West Brom 0-2 Man City

Should do better! Much better! But Salomon Rondon is all heels when trying to turn in James McClean's low cut-back across goal.

The Baggies should be back in this but the ball bounces harmlessly wide. Perhaps in his defence Rondon was off balance?

Brilliant ball in from McClean. West Brom believe.

    West Brom 0-2 Man City

Raheem Sterling blazes over after more danger in the West Brom box.

Kevin de Bruyne breezes down the left and cuts across goal, but there's no-one there, not even Sergio Aguero who picks it up wide, and puts it across goal again. There's panic - the West Brom defence can't clear - and Sterling grabs it, shuffles into space, but the shot is poor.

Nolito is jogging off, replaced by Kevin de Bruyne. Not a bad fella to be bringing on at this stage of the game.

  18. Can West Brom get back into this?published at 16:25 British Summer Time 29 October 2016

    West Brom 0-2 Man City

    Mark Lawrenson
Former Liverpool defender on BBC Radio 5 live

You just feel here that West Brom need a goal within the next five minutes, because as they start to tire and the game becomes more open, you've got to think City will have a chance of getting a third.

  19. Postpublished at 67 mins

    West Brom 0-2 Man City

West Brom's first shot on target!

But Chris Brunt's low free-kick has no power by the time it's gobbled up by Claudio Bravo.
