Where do you fancy for a spring break then Manchester United fans? Amsterdam? Copenhagen? Rome? Prague? Some attractive jaunts there.

Rostov or Giurgiu may be less appealing for Spurs fans. But spare a thought for Southampton fans. Their New Year trips will be restricted to Norwich and Burnley. At least they will be easier on the wallet.

In a nutshell, Spurs can meet:

Anderlecht, Astra Giurgiu, AZ Alkmaar, Celta Vigo, Gent, Hapoel Beer-Sheva, Krasnodar, Legia Warsaw, Ludogorets, Borussia Mönchengladbach, Olympiacos, PAOK, Rostov orVillarreal.

  5. We shouldn't concede like that - Van Dijkpublished at 22:20 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December 2016

    Southampton 1-1 Hapoel Beer Sheva

Southampton skipper Virgil van Dijk, speaking to BT Sport: "I feel so disappointed especially because of the way we conceded the goal. We can't let that happen at this level. I'm frustrated and struggling to put that frustration into words.

"We wanted to win because if you play on a goalless draw it can go the wrong way. We had opportunities in the first half and we weren't clinical enough."

On Oriol Romeu losing possession on the edge of his area before Hapoel's goal: "The ball was close to our own box and we tried to play out, they pressed kamikaze-like and they won it. We need to look at it and improve a lot."

    Neil Killick: Shameful Tactics Puel.

Andrew Priestley: Southampton tried to hold out for the 0-0 draw that would have seen them through. Risky tactics that look very foolish now.

Daniel Woodley: Southampton have danced with the devil all night and now they have paid the price. Poor tactics all evening from Puel's side.

Heartwarming scenes at St Mary's (for the non-Southampton fans at least) as Hapoel Beer Sheva's squad celebrate their remarkable success with the 1,500 travelling fans in one corner.

They're partying like they have won the whole competition. And why not. It is the furthest they have ever gone in an European competition and they are also the first Israeli club to win on English soil.
