Manager Richie Foran makes three changes with Billy King, Alex Fisher and Lewis Horner in while David Raven, Jake Mulraney and Scott Boden drop to the bench.

Tommy Wright has experienced defender Steven Anderson back and Chris Kane partners Steven McLean up front. Brad McKay drops out and Murray Davidson is on the bench.

"Dorus de Vries is someone I know very well and knows exactly how I work - building the control from behind. 

"Craig Gordon is a very good goalkeeper has done everything he possibly could to adapt to how I like to play. 

"It is not about a number one, two or three, it is about having good goalkeepers.

Dundee Utd boss Ray McKinnon has confirmed Dutch defender Frank van der Struik will join the club in the next few days. The 31 year old has agreed a one year deal and joins after being released from Willem II in the Dutch top flight.

"He is a Dutch centre half who has played over 300 games in the Dutch premier league. He has good experience. We have done our homework on him. A good defender who can play right sided centre half or full back so gives us good versatility plus his experience so we are looking forward to Frank joining us."

Winger Louis Longridge is also out with a hamstring injury.

New Hamilton signings - defender Dan Seaborne and forward Rakish Bingham - are on the bench.

Ross County are unchanged from the starting XI that beat Kilmarnock last weekend.

New midfield signing Tim Chow is a substitute.

The big team news coming out of Celtic Park is that Craig Gordon drops to the bench with new signing Dorus de Vries lining up between the sticks for the home side.

Uefa this week announced changes to the Champions League which will see half of the 32 places in the group stage ring fenced for clubs in Europe's top four leagues.

The knock on effect for clubs in smaller leagues such as Celtic, Ajax and Porto is that they have fewer places to fight for when going through the qualification process.
