Real Madrid 1-0 Osasuna
Real are by no means having it all their own way. Osasuna are certainly not shy at getting forward. Miguel Flano is booked for a high boot that catches Mateo Kovacic near his chin which presents Gareth Bale with a set piece 30 yards out...it's a high and wide.

Suggestions that Cristiano Ronaldo scored with his first touch since the Euro 2016 final. That's some return.
Real Madrid 1-0 Osasuna
Despite trailing, Osasuna are making a fist of this in the early stages. A slip in midfield almost allows Kenan Kodro the chance to equalise but Pepe gets across to clear. Real Madrid break from the corner and Toni Kroos almost doubles Real's lead as a cross is deflected into the German's path but he fires into the side netting from a tight angle.
Cristiano Ronaldo
Well that didn't take long. Cristiano Ronaldo taps home from inside the six yard area six minutes into his return from injury. It's a great assist from Gareth Bale who plays the perfect low pass for his team-mate to resume normal service.

Hello and welcome to a double bill of action from La Liga.
Later we will be concentrating on Barcelona, who entertain last season's Segunda Division champions Alaves (19:30 BST).
First, we start at the Bernabeu Stadium where Real fans have turned out in force to welcome Cristiano Ronaldo back to action for the first time since he injured his knee playing for Portugal in the Euro 2016 final.
He's missed the start of Real Madrid's season.
He was absent from the start of Portugal's World Cup qualifying campaign.
But Cristiano Ronaldo is back from injury and ready to make up for lost time.
Can one of the world's best players make a goalscoring return from injury?
