It's getting feisty in Dingwall. Keith Lasley booked for a unnecessary crunching challenge on Alex Schalk then Jay McEveley joins in taking out Craig Clay for his yellow card.

"Moussa Demblele is the first Celtic player to score an Old Firm league hat trick since Stevie Chalmers did it on 3rd January 1966 in 5-1 win.
"The last hat trick by a Rangers player in an Old Firm League game was Johnny Hubbard on 1st January 1955 in 4-1 win."
So by my reckoning that makes Dembele the first player from either side to score an Old Firm league hat-trick for 50 years.
Ross County 0-0 Motherwell

First real threat from either side and it's Motherwell's Chris Cadden who touched the ball back across goal from close range but no-one following quickly enough for an easy tap-in.

Great work by the ground staff here...the grass cut in a tartan pattern. Pity Kiltie not playing for Killie...

OK, let's now focus on the five Premiership matches beginning now. We've brought you the line-ups from Pittodrie, Dens Park, Tynecastle, Firhill and Victoria Park - now let's have some goals to describe.

Brendan Rodgers mentioned his father in his press conference. "He's dead five years today and it's ironic we scored five goals," he said.
The Celtic manager also mentioned Jock Stein who passed away 31 years ago today. Rodgers spoke to his players pre-match about Stein and his values and influence.
Jonathan Sutherland
BBC Sport Scotland at Pittodrie
"Richie Foran has been talking in glowing terms about Jonny Hayes, joking that he'd hoped his "old pal" might help Inverness out by not returning to the Aberdeen starting XI for this particular match. But Hayes is indeed back, and can he be the spark to light up this Aberdeen season? It has not been a bad start for the Dons but it hasn't been thrilling either. Only three goals in four Premiership games so far."
