Liverpool v Tottenham (19:45 BST)
Liverpool
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp: "This was a wonderful tournament for us last year and we want to go far again. We have players who are ill, injured, so it wasn't the plan to make 11 changes but it is a nice mix, I am excited about this team.
"[On youngsters Trent Alexander-Arnold and Ovie Ejaria] I would be nervous to play at Anfield at their age but if they can't perform tonight it's my responsibility, not theirs. I hope they enjoy themselves."
Liverpool v Tottenham (19:45 BST)
In case you've forgotten, Liverpool got to last season's League Cup final but were beaten on penalties by Manchester City.
Can they go one better?
Bristol City v Hull City (19:45 BST)
This is Bristol City's first appearance in round four of the League Cup since they reached the semi-finals in 1988-89.
Hull have only progressed beyond this stage of the competition once - reaching the quarter-finals last season before losing to eventual winners Manchester City.
Liverpool v Tottenham (19:45 BST)
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp says his team are "not close to 100 per cent" despite their recent good form, adding there are "a lot of things" to improve before tonight's game.
Cheer up!
Arsenal v Reading (19:45 BST)
Reading 5-7 Arsenal.
Four years ago these two sides served up an absolute feast of a League Cup tie, with Reading going 4-1 up at half-time at the Madejski Stadium.
Arsenal came back to level the tie at 4-4 at 90 minutes thanks to two goals in the last two minutes from Laurent Koscielny and Theo Walcott.
A crazy game then saw five more goals in extra time, Walcott completing a hat-trick and Marouane Chamakh grabbing to to give the Gunners a 7-5 away win.
Any chance of 12 goals tonight?

Caldwell gone
Wigan Athletic have sacked manager Gary Caldwell after 18 months in charge of the Championship side.
Former Latics and Scotland defender Caldwell was appointed as boss in April 2015 and led them to the League One title last season.
But the club are 23rd in the table after 14 games this term, having failed to win in their past four matches.
The average tenure at a Championship club just gets shorter and shorter.
Wolves have parted company with head coach Walter Zenga after just 87 days in charge.
The former Italy goalkeeper, 56, replaced Kenny Jackett on 30 July, shortly after Chinese conglomerate Fosun International bought the club.
Despite significant investment in the playing squad in August, Wolves have won only four of 14 league games and are 18th in the Championship.
Zenga's assistant, Stefano Cusin, has also left Molineux.

Goalscoring full-backs
Brazil legend Carlos Alberto passed away this afternoon which led to an office-wide discussion of 'great goals scored by full-backs.'
So let's hear them please. The best goal you've ever seen scored by a full-back.

While we're at it let's see if you agree with this half-cooked theory of ours:
Left-backs score much more than right-backs...
Leeds v Norwich (19:45 BST)
The Canaries won their last visit to Elland Road (2-0 in April 2015), although this will be the first time these sides have met in the League Cup.
Three of Leeds' four goals in the EFL Cup this season have come in the 85th minute or later.
Newcastle v Preston (19:45 BST)
Championship side Newcastle are expecting an impressive crowd of over 45,000 tonight as Preston travel to St James' Park.
The club have cut the price of tickets to £10 for adults and £5 for children for the fourth round tie which falls during the school half-term holidays.
“I think it’s pretty special,” Magpies manager Rafa Benitez said.
“You can see what it means to the fans and this club. It’s another reason why I’m pleased - everyone is pushing in the same direction. It’s crucial for us for the rest of the season.
“If it means we give an extra 10% every week, home and away, then it’s important.
“It’s important for the present (that younger fans are coming) because the young fans can be more vocal. If you have a team that is winning, they will support you forever."
Liverpool v Tottenham (19:45 BST)

Stand by for this little lot:
Arsenal v Reading (19:45 BST)

Leeds v Norwich (19:45 BST)
Liverpool v Tottenham (19:45 BST)
Newcastle v Preston (19:45 BST)
Liverpool v Tottenham (19:45 BST)
The most successful team in League Cup history.
Joint top of the league.
One defeat all season.
This season has gone pretty swimmingly for Liverpool so far and a win tonight would put them into another quarter final.
But Spurs are also going along very nicely. They may have drawn their last three, and they've only scored three goals in October, but the 2008 League Cup winners are in fine form overall and, even with a Champions League campaign well under way, should fancy their chances in every competition.
Liverpool v Tottenham is the tie of the night as we reach the last 16 of the EFL Cup.
Let's do this...
