Tottenham look a much different side.

I think Pochettino has told them to go out, take a few chances and see what happens.

    Arsenal 1-0 Reading

Arsenal have started the second half brightly, Lucas Perez at the heart of their better attacking play. The Spaniard tees up Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to fire a deflected shot over the bar, then hustles the Reading defence into conceding a corner.

The visitors are in choppy waters.

    Liverpool 1-0 Tottenham

Kieran Trippier hits a dipping shot over for Spurs before a neat move ends with his cross turned aside for a corner. Better from the visitors - but then Liverpool should have scored!

Divock Origi flashes a ball across the box and Daniel Sturridge can't convert!

Jonathan: Seriously is Janssen Soldado in disguise?! starting to wonder where our goals will be coming from without Kane

Viv: Appears the EFL is not one of Spurs' title targets this season. A look at the selection (+subs) says it all! Depth in squad needed!

It's a fairly pedestrian start from both sides at Anfield. Spurs are yet to test Simon Mignolet since the break.

    Michael Dawson

Two goals, from two corners! We've all been there but it's frustrating for Bristol City. Michael Dawson heads in this time to put Hull closer to that quarter-final draw. That came 68 seconds into the second half.

Andrew Neill: This game is as good as won for Newcastle. I'd sub Anita and Perez on for Shelvey and Ritchie to rest them from 60mins ideally

Chris Baldwin: For all their nice play that's zero goals in Spurs last 5 halves of football. Where's Kane???

Henrik: Like the look of Perez, good option from the bench, works hard, hopefully more super sub Wiltord than Francis-fox in the box-Jeffers but only time will tell.

  13. Passing game to blame?published at 20:42 British Summer Time 25 October 2016

The manager is to blame for the way that Arsenal goal came about. They play that style quite consistently. If you're conceding goals, you try and stop it - and to stop it, you stop passing the ball in those defensive situations.

Vincent Janssen hasn't got the pace. His movement is good and he is good at holding the ball up.

If you play with him, it is up to the midfield players to get in and around him.

A central defender can get really tight and not worry about the space in behind.

I think it will be a point Pochettino makes at half-time to his players.

  16. CLOSE!published at 20:35 British Summer Time 25 October 2016

    Leeds 1-1 Norwich

Norwich winger Alex Pritchard, who scored a header earlier on, slams a free-kick just wide right at the end of the first half.

That deflected shot by Harriot has given Reading more self belief and confidence. They're giving it a go. Second half they will have to come out and risk a bit more.

But the Arsenal goal was unnecessary. They need cut out the mistakes.
