West Brom head coach Tony Pulis: "It's still very early in the season. We've got a very tough game against Watford, who I'd expect a reaction from.

"We will respect Watford as much as we would Chelsea or Arsenal. That's the way you do it.

He's known for being a specialist in avoiding relegation, but could this be the first Premier League season that Tony Pulis finishes in the top half of the table?

West Brom entered November on a run of one win from their previous 10 games in all competitions. Since then a couple of wins and a draw have seen the Baggies rocket from 17th up to ninth.

Watford are enjoying their best start to a top-flight campaign since the heady days of Graham Taylor in the mid-1980s.

But West Brom have unfinished business against the Hornets. Back in April,Heurelho Gomes saved two penalties at The Hawthorns as Watford won 1-0.

Swansea manager Bob Bradley: "Last week was positive, but a stretch of good performances and results changes the conversation in a better way.

"We don't want to get ahead of ourselves. But it is a real opportunity to go there, play our football.

"We have reminded the players of some of the things we will be up against, but what is more important is who we are, how we play and our mentality. We must never let the opponent take away from our confidence in our game."

Leicester manager Claudio Ranieri is expecting a "battle" when his side face the Premier League's bottom club Sunderland today.

“We know it’ll be a fight, all 90 minutes and extra-time," he said.

"They are a good, well organised team with two fantastic strikers. It will be a very good battle. Jermain Defoe is a good, experienced player, but not only him."

Sunderland lost to Liverpool in their last game on the back of successive league victories.

"They played so strong and defended very well," Ranieri said.

“Now, it’s a different match because they need to win and we want to win. It will be a very open match.”

    Sunderland v Leicester (15:00 GMT)

Sunderland's winning run came to end last week with a 2-0 defeat following victories over Bournemouth and Hull.

Manager David Moyes is upbeat about performances however.

"The team have done well and I'm thankful we've picked up some wins," he said. "We went to Liverpool and were professional, even though we lost.

"We've deservedly picked up some good results but they're gone now. We have to think about what's next and more points.

"We have to pick up some wins before January and if we do that we can head into 2017 in good spirits."

    Alan Green
    Match of the Day commentator

I admit I was even more surprised than most when Leicester became champions, so I did expect an adverse reaction this season. Not to this extent though.

"Claudio "Ranieri's team needs to get its act together quickly, particularly in relation to Jamie Vardy and his goals drought, or else, come the New Year,Champions League progress and a real relegation battle will become uneasy bed companions.

"Sunderland's plight? Sadly, 'twas ever thus. If it wasn't for Jermain Defoe I think they'd have gone down last season.

"Despite their mini-revival of two wins in their last three league games, I suspect even they foresee struggles ahead."

Burnley manager Sean Dyche on poor away form: "It's been a strange conundrum, I've never had it as obviously so it's hard for me to judge whether it's the fact it's the Premier League and everyone talks about home form in the Premier League, needing to be strong no matter who you are, so there's some very strong home teams.

"Then it has to be balanced out after by how are we performing, and I don't think we've performed to the levels we know we can."

Stoke manager Mark Hughes: "Burnley seem to have more of a problem away from home, which is understandable. It is difficult to pick up away points, and we have experienced that.

"It was initially a struggle for us when I first came here but we are more adept at going on the road and picking up good results now.

"It can be difficult when you fall behind away from home, and maybe that has been the issue for them."
