Such a difficult run of fixtures coming up for Swansea. Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City and Chelsea all to be played before the end of February.

Kyle Naughton, one of Swansea's few shining lights today, has a go with a well-hit shot that goes straight at Artur Boruc.

A few home fans are already leaving, there has been precious little for them get excited about this afternoon. Oliver McBurnie rises again, but he can't quite reach Kyle Naughton's cross and the ball skims away to the far side.

One of the referee's assistants needs assistance - his flag has come apart. After a brief pause the match resumes, but it is all starting to feel a little flat right now.

A Swansea corner raises hopes - Gylfi Sigurdsson swings it over and Oliver McBurnie, climbing superbly, directs a header downwards that Artur Boruc drops on to smother the danger.

Bournemouth's Joshua King and Adam Smith replace Junior Stanislas and Ryan Fraser, who was still bleeding from that altercation a few minutes ago.

There's still plenty of time for Swansea to mount a fightback but, in all honesty, it doesn't look as if they have the capability to do so. It's a big job at the Liberty Stadium for whoever takes on the challenge of being their next manager.

Neil Taylor lashes a hopeful volley a long way over the bar, not threatening to break his long-standing scoring duck for the Swans.

Benik Afobe goes one-on-one in the area with Lukasz Fabianski, who gets the ball away with feet flying in. Ryan Fraser then needs treatment having gone down heavily while chasing the rebound, but he's back up eventually, while still checking his face for cuts, bumps and bruises.

Fernando Llorente has been struggling for a while with an ankle problem, and he hobbles off to be replaced by 20-year-old Oliver McBurnie.

Benik Afobe wastes a great chance to put his side almost of sight, shooting high over the bar after more fine work from Jack Wilshere had resulted in an opportunity from the edge of the box for the striker. 

Jack Wilshere starts another Cherries attack, gets the ball back and feeds Junior Stanislas, whose shot in from an angle on the right goes across goal and bounces a couple of yards wide.
