    Rotherham 0-1 Leeds

The replays don't make that Peter Odemwingie red card look any better.

The 35-year-old looked straight at Liam Cooper before clattering him with an elbow.

The New York Stadium is stunned. And it gets even worse for the hosts - goalkeeper Lee Camp looks like he's going to have to come off after that earlier collision with Hadi Sacko.

That is completely bonkers from Rotherham striker Peter Odemwingie.

The former West Brom man absolutely smashes Leeds defender Liam Cooper in the face with his elbow and is shown a straight red card.

It is an absolute shocker. Cooper looks okay, but it could have been so much worse.

    Rotherham 0-1 Leeds

I said your luck is out when you're at the bottom and Rotherham have another injury scare here.

Hadi Sacko, completely accidentally, catches Millers goalkeeper Lee Camp on the shins trying to get onto a through ball.

Camp looks in all sorts of discomfort, but he's soldiering on for the moment.

    Rotherham 0-1 Leeds

Leeds defender Kyle Bartley clashes with Richard Wood in the box, but weak appeals for a penalty from the hosts are waved away.

You don't get any luck when you're at the bottom.

It's a super finish from Rotherham striker Peter Odemwingie, low into the bottom corner from a tight angle on the edge of the box, but he's a couple of yards offside.

A man of his experience should know better.

  6. Greg Halford injury updatepublished at 18 mins

    Rotherham 0-1 Leeds

The defender, who went off in the second minute with an ankle injury, is off to hospital for an X-ray.

Let's hope the news isn't too bad for the Rotherham man.

    Rotherham 0-1 Lees

Oh, Leeds are almost two ahead.

Liam Cooper gets his head on a corner but nods it inches wide.

Rotherham are all over the shop at the back - you can see why they've shipped 42 league goals this term.

    GOAL (Wood)published at 14 mins

    Rotherham 0-1 Leeds

Chris Wood does not miss those.

Charlie Taylor bursts down the left wing and pulls it back to the big striker who has the easiest of tasks to slot home from 10 yards.

It was poor defending, but clinical from the New Zealander, who now has nine Championship goals this season.

    Rotherham 0-0 Leeds

    Peter Odemwingie - remember him?

The former West Brom man, now aged 35, looks lively up front for Rotherham but has been given little support so far.

He's still searching for his first Millers goal since arriving in October.

  10. Postpublished at 7 mins

    Rotherham 0-0 Leeds

So, we're seven minutes in but that Greg Halford injury stopped the game for at least three of those.

Very little footballing action to report so far.

  11. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 4 mins

    Rotherham 0-0 Leeds

Greg Halford can't put any weight on his right leg as he's helped off the field.

Will Vaulks comes on in his place. Nightmare start for the hosts.

  12. Postpublished at 2 mins

    Rotherham 0-0 Leeds

This looks very concerning for Rotherham's Greg Halford.

Kalvin Phillips wins the ball with a sliding tackle but then catches Halford on the ankle on his way through and he's down writhing in pain.

That could be it for the Millers man.

    Rotherham v Leeds (17:30 GMT)

Leeds have endured their own fair share of crisis on and off the field in recent seasons.

But this campaign, there is an air of optimism around Elland Road.

Garry Monk has led his side to the right end of the Championship table and a win today would make it four in five league games.

Let's get straight to the facts. One league win all season. Eleven points from safety. 41 goals conceded.

Bottom of the Championship since September.

Things are looking pretty bleak for Millers fans. On the one plus side, Rotherham have won their last three home games against Yorkshire rivals Leeds.

But today Kenny Jackett's men come up against a Leeds side who have enjoyed a fine start to the campaign...

Carlisle moved top of the League Two table after a 5-2 victory over Mansfield Town and Plymouth's 2-1 defeat by Morecambe.

Doncaster Rovers came from behind to beat struggling Leyton Orient 3-1 and move into third position.

It was a similar tale of woe for the rest at the bottom of the table as both Cheltenham and Newport lost.

    Brighton two points behind Newcastle

Glenn Murray celebratesImage source, Rex Features

Glenn Murray's late winner for Brighton against Fulham helped the Seagulls close the gap on leaders Newcastle to just two points.

Derby's 1-0 win over Norwich increased the pressure on Canaries boss Alex Neil - it's five-straight league defeats for the Norfolk side now.

Norwich's biggest rivals Ipswich beat QPR 3-0, while third-placed Reading earned their fifth successive league win by beating Bristol City.

Elsewhere, there were victories for Aston Villa, Birmingham and Sheffield Wednesday.

Preston and Burton shared the only draw of the day in the division - it was 1-1 at Deepdale.
