    Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp on Ben Woodburn: "We all know how young he is, but it doesn't look like this in training sessions. It's a nice story and all the boys are really happy for him. everybody is smiling in the dressing room. 

    "We made a few changes and Leeds is a very strong side, but I don't think there was a lot for them to earn in the game. We weren't the most creative side tonight. We could've done better, and we did in the second half. We created more, so it's a deserved win. We are in the semis so all good."

    Amadou Bakayoko's goal proved the difference between the sides but the Blades missed the chance to grab a point at the end when Billy Sharp's penalty was saved by Neil Etheridge.

    In the first part of the game, Hull were were awful, absolutely awful but there has been a total lack of creativity for Newcastle in the final third. The shooting has not been good enough.
