A slightly later than scheduled kick-off to the second half but we're under way now.

Quite a lot of talk from Spain that Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos won't play tonight. Tonight could have been his comeback from injury.

If Borussia Dortmund do hold on they will move up from sixth to third, and within three points of Bayern Munich.

RB Leipzig will remain top of the Bundesliga almost a third of the way through the season if that does happen.

Borussia Dortmund lead at the break. They were brilliant for the first half an hour or so, but it was mostly Bayern in the latter stages of that half.

Mats Hummels heads straight at Roman Burki again.

One minute added on and it's Bayern doing all of the attacking.

Nearly an equaliser but Joshua Kimmich turns Robert Lewandowski's cross just wide.

A Bayern corner is headed clear - but only to Thiago, whose 25-yard shot flies wide. He really fancies a wonder-goal today.

This would have been one of the goals of the season had it gone in. Philipp Lahm crosses from the right and Thiago comes in with some kind of flying star kick, but it goes wide.

Bayern have a free-kick and Mats Hummels, who left Dortmund for Munich this summer, heads straight at keeper Roman Burki. Would he have celebrated?

Dortmund's defence switch off and Robert Lewandowski gets his cross wrong from the right. If he'd found Thomas Muller we could have been all square.

You can't question Marcel Schmelzer's optimism there as the left-back attempts a first-time shot from out wide about 25 yards out. He's done well to get it on target but Manuel Neuer holds.

Borussia Dortmund defender Marc Bartra is drinking in the last-chance saloon now. He pulls Robert Lewandowski back and concedes a free-kick.

But the Spaniard was booked earlier and could easily have been shown a second yellow there. 

Franck Ribery tries an ambitious through ball but Joshua Kimmich hadn't anticipated it. If he had, the midfielder might have been in for 1-1.

Now Kimmich scuffs a shot and Robert Lewandowski heads the bouncer over.

David Alaba's cross from the left is towards Thomas Muller, but he is under too much pressure from a yellow shirt.

Borussia Dortmund are really going for this. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang absolute burns former team-mate Mats Hummels for pace down the right and his brilliant cross is met by Andre Schurrle, whose first-time shot in the box is at Manuel Neuer.

Borussia Dortmund pick up the first booking as Marc Bartra, the summer signing from Barcelona, brings down Thomas Muller, who has only scored three goals all season.
