  1. Postpublished at 59 mins

    Barcelona 0-0 Malaga

Rafinha, one of Barca's liveliest players, has a shot deflected out for a corner.

  2. Postpublished at 58 mins

    Barcelona 0-0 Malaga

Malaga should be ahead here. Juanpi plays in Juan Carlos with a great through ball. JC goes around Marc-Andre ter Stegen, but he shoots into the side netting. It wasn't an open goal though, Barca had defenders back. But he still should have done better.

  3. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 56 mins

    Barcelona 0-0 Malaga

Barcelona want a penalty as Arda Turan heads the ball and is caught by Federico Ricca after the ball goes. However the referee gives a free out.

I'm not certain Turan was fouled. But he definitely didn't commit a foul. Odd decision.

    Barcelona 0-0 Malaga

Neymar tries a cross-shot but it's easily held by Carlos Kameni in Malaga's goal. He's been on the left side of Barca's front three today. Paco Alcacer, who has not had much of the ball, is in the centre and Arda Turan is out right.

  6. Postpublished at 46 mins

    Barcelona 0-0 Malaga

Neymar has a sniff at goal in the opening seconds of the second half but he seems to dawdle for a second and Malaga clear.

  7. KICK-OFFpublished at 16:16 Greenwich Mean Time 19 November 2016

    Barcelona 0-0 Malaga

Second half is under way. A win takes Barcelona top. A draw does not.

  8. Postpublished at 16:14 Greenwich Mean Time 19 November 2016

    Barcelona 0-0 Malaga

Barcelona, whose players are in the tunnel now, had 81% possession in that first half!

  9. PSG need 8-0 win to go toppublished at 16:11 Greenwich Mean Time 19 November 2016

    French Ligue 1

In France, Paris St-Germain are playing Nantes. The champions would go top if they won 8-0.

In previous years, it might have been feasible, but they've not been fantastic this year (hence the fact they're third)

    That's 0-0 after 10 minutes.

  12. HALF-TIMEpublished at 16:01 Greenwich Mean Time 19 November 2016

    Barcelona 0-0 Malaga

It's not been great. Are Barcelona going to lose ground in the title race?

  13. Postpublished at 44 mins

    Barcelona 0-0 Malaga

Lucas Digne goes down the left and squares it to Sergio Busquets, who fires well over from 20 yards out. This isn't vintage Barcelona.

  14. Postpublished at 42 mins

    Barcelona 0-0 Malaga

Neymar tries to find a man five yards away from him but kicks the ball off his other leg and loses possession. Not sure if it was a flick gone wrong or just a total mistake.

The Brazilian does well to run back 20 yards and win the ball with a good tackle.

  15. Postpublished at 38 mins

    Barcelona 0-0 Malaga

Barcelona have most of the ball but they are definitely lacking a killer touch. That's what happens when several of your key players are missing, I guess.

  16. Postpublished at 32 mins

    Barcelona 0-0 Malaga

Malaga goalkeeper Carlos Kameni makes a great save to keep his side level. The ball lands to Rafinha near the penalty spot and his shot is deflected. Kameni has to change his body position and get down low to keep the diverted effort out.

  17. Postpublished at 30 mins

    Barcelona 0-0 Malaga

Barcelona dominating the ball, Neymar hits the post but the offside flag had already gone up.

  18. Postpublished at 25 mins

    Barcelona 0-0 Malaga

A chance for Malaga to open the scoring but Sandro's shot is saved by Marc-Andre ter Stegen. Gerard Pique did well to shepherd his former team-mate there into a wider position before shooting.

  19. YELLOW CARDpublished at 22 mins

    Barcelona 0-0 Malaga

Malaga defender Federico Ricca gives Arda Turan an elbow, but hurts his arm as he lands. Karma maybe? The Uruguayan is booked as he goes off for treatment.

  20. Postpublished at 21 mins

    Barcelona 0-0 Malaga

Arda Turan has a shot blocked and then a couple of minutes later Rafinha curls a shot over. It's all Barcelona but their finishing has been a bit wayward
