AC Milan v Inter Milan (19:45 GMT)

Inter Milan captain Mauro Icardi is having a great season on the pitch, despite his huge falling-out with the club's ultras.

The Argentine is joint-top scorer in Serie A with 10 goals in 12 games.

"If I could remove a player from Inter’s squad I would say Icardi. He is strong and finds the net with great ease," said Milan midfielder Manuel Locatelli.

We will also be bringing you updates from France, where Nice go to Saint-Etienne, looking for a point (or more) to take them back to the top of Ligue 1.

Currently, Monaco lead Paris St-Germain and Nice on goal difference - but the former two have played a game more.

AC Milan v Inter Milan (19:45 GMT)

For the past three years, Inter Milan have looked down upon AC Milan in the table. Not that that is saying much.

Inter have finished fifth, eighth and most recently fourth over the past three seasons - to Milan's seventh, 10th and eighth.

But this season, AC Milan - under Vincenzo Montella - are doing pretty well. They sit third and have won five of their last six Serie A games, seven of their last nine.

Inter, on the other hand, lost four of their last five league games under Frank de Boer, causing him to get the boot after a few months in charge. They beat Crotone 3-0 in their last match under caretaker Stefano Vecchi.

Happier times for Jose Mourinho. And Inter.

In 2010, Inter Milan looked unstoppable. Under Jose Mourinho, they had won the Champions League - completing their first treble.

Nine days later, he left for Real Madrid.

Since then Rafael Benitez, Leonardo, Gian Piero Gasperini, Claudio Ranieri, Andrea Stramaccioni, Walter Mazzarri, Roberto Mancini and Frank de Boer have all had a go - with just one Coppa Italia, in 2011 under Leonardo, to show for it.

Stefano Pioli - who has not won a trophy in his 10 managerial jobs before Inter - is the latest man to become Inter boss. And what better way to start his reign than with a local derby?
