I feel there is a responsibility as a young man to behave in the right way. No-one forced Dimitri Payet to sign a new contract.

To refuse to play is scandalous. It is club v player, are there any winners? A compromise must be found, it is a shame it has come out publicly.

I have had it in the past, naming no names. The player has to get on with it. West Ham was there a long time before Payet and will be a long time after.

Only Spurs and Chelsea have won more Premier League home games this season than Burnley, which should be both a source of pride to everyone at Turf Moor and a reason to fret for Southampton.

Sean Dyche's side have been magnificent in front of their own fans - which is just as well given that they have earned only one point away from home.

Southampton's mood should be considerably improved by the dominant win over Liverpool in the first leg of the EFL Cup semi-final - the only shame was the lack of goals, a recurring trait for a team averaging fewer than one per game in league football.

One of Saints' former Burnley strikers, Jay Rodriguez, will hope to put that right; the other, Charlie Austin, will miss out through injury.

It's a huge afternoon for Swansea, they need to start winning games.

There are plenty of points to play for but they way they've been defending, the fans won't be feeling confident.

Paul Clement has to get it right and has to get it right early on.

Graham Taylor rescued Aston Villa and probably my career too. The first day he wandered in, with a difficult chairman, he said he had chosen to come to the club. He had a clear vision and told us how we were going to function.

I learnt a lot under him. He got Villa back into the First Division. 11 players came in and 11 went out. The celebrations when we went up after beating Swindon will live long in the memory.

He has left his mark and was a great man to work under.

    Danny Mills
Ex-England defender on Radio 5 live

I worked alongside Graham Taylor for 5 live a fair bit and I don't remember him ever being grumpy.

No matter what, even if something hadn't gone his way, he still had that impish smile. A lovely man.

He got vicious, vitriolic stick from parts of the media as England manager but he came out still being able to laugh at himself.

That's the measure of the man.
