Vivek K Singh: No LaLiga, no UCL - Enrique will be fired at of season and will take over at Arsenal. You heard it here first!

Aaron Theaker: 10 years ago Portsmouth were a better team than PSG, now ones just won 2-0 vs Blackpool in league 2 and the other 4-0 vs Barca.

This is Lionel Messi's touchmap in the PSG half. You will note that he didn't touch the ball once in the French side's box.

He had one shot. It was blocked.

Better than Luis Suarez, though. He didn't have a single effort at goal.

    Benfica 1-0 Borussia Dortmund

Dortmund will be wondering how they have managed to lose in Lisbon tonight. They had 14 shots to the Benfica's five, five on target to the home side's one. They had just short of 70% possession.

So yeah, they pretty much dominated. But if you don't take your chances - especially a penalty - what do you expect?

Seth Gogo Egoeh: It was a brilliant performance from PSG! Barca were tormented and have been dumped out of the competition even before 2nd leg.

ScarletVarlet: How a team takes victory is less telling than how they take defeat. Should be interesting reverse fixture.

Rashida Q: Let's not write off Barca after one off night. This could easily happen at the Nou Camp in the second leg!! Game on!

    Benfica 1-0 Borussia Dortmund

    PSG 4-0 Barcelona

It is a mauling, a hammering, a shellacking. PSG have torn a dire Barca to shreds. It is a moment to savor for the French side - possibly the birth of them as a force in Europe. Could it be the end of an era for the Spanish side?

No team has ever overturned a four-goal deficit in the Champions League. Only Deportivo Coruna have overturned a three goal deficit - winning 5-4 on aggregate against Milan after losing the first leg 4-1. That was a quarter-final in 2004.

Barca are not covering themselves in glory in any way here. Ivan Rakitic is right into the ref's face to demand that Adrien Rabiot be sent off for a foul on Neymar. The ref doesn't take his advice.

From the set-piece, Neymar fires the ball high over the bar.

Two minutes plus injury time to go in Paris. Barca will just want to get this over with, get back to Spain and lick some pretty hefty wounds. They have been ripped apart in the French capital.
