Juventus keeper Gianluigi Buffon: "If we'd taken to the pitch thinking we were already through we would have found it tough, we were ready to react to everything they threw at us.

"That's how we got through. We've got to Cardiff - I won't say it was our aim because getting to the final means nothing. I'm really happy because I'm in good shape. I can't deny the fact that if we didn't have a great team getting there wouldn't be possible.

"Two years ago everyone thought it was my last final - but you have to believe in your dreams and believe in what you do."

I'm still struggling to get over these Juve dressing rooms. It looks more like the interior of the International Space Station than a place to stow your clothes.

The celebrations - more bouncing, slightly odd flinging of mineral water - are so-so.

Just check out those dressing rooms at Juventus Stadium though. All clean lines, white walls and flat screen tellies.

It is like a graphic designer's living room.

Atletico Madrid v Real Madrid (agg:0-3) (Wed, 19:45 BST)

It will be a Madrid team to play Juve in the final on 3 June and, barring one of the extraordinary nights in Champions League history, it will be Real.

Real Madrid travel to the Vicente Calderon tomorrow evening for the final time before it is demolished in the summer

They have a 3-0 aggregate lead to protect them from what is going to be a tumultuous atmosphere.

Gonzalo Higuain should have been on the scoresheet tonight. But the Argentine's finishing has been sloppy.

He gets on the end of a fine searching cross from the left, but his header actually flies away from the Monaco goal.
