A smiling Saido Berahino is being paraded at his new home, a red and white scarf around his neck and a Stoke shirt with number nine on the back in his hands.

He's smiling, watched on by Stoke chief exec Tony Scholes.

Still, I wonder if he's thinking "what happened to that move to Spurs?"

I love Mourinho. It is magnificent what he has done in the game but this is one step too far.

United are 12 points behind Chelsea and I don’t see Chelsea losing a lot of games. They don’t give goals away. Everything is possible but it is very, very, very unlikely Manchester United will win the league.

We are seeing a Mourinho team develop out of this squad at Manchester United.

They have a style of play and are not conceding goals.

"Manchester United will aim to extend their unbeaten run to 17 games, but it's four seasons since they last won in the league at Stoke.

"United were left frustrated when the sides met earlier this season, when a rare mistake by David de Gea helped Joe Allen snatch a late equaliser.

"That point lifted Mark Hughes's team off the bottom at the time, but they've improved considerably since, as have United, who haven't lost in the league for three months."

It is interesting that Berahino has said he is still not match fit. His head has been all over the place.

It must have been tough for the club and player. Hopefully he can put that behind him and add that pace and quality to Stoke.

Stoke are unchanged from the side that won 3-1 at Sunderland last weekend. New signing Saido Berahino, who has admitted he's not match-fit, is not involved.

Manchester United, who have two cup games before Stoke next play in the league, makes four changes to the side that drew 1-1 with Liverpool.

In come Chris Smalling, Daley Blind, Juan Mata and, most interestingly, Marouane Fellaini. Matteo Darmian, the ill Marcus Rojo, Anthony Martial and Micheal Carrick all sit out.

There's another milestone in the offing, with Wayne Rooney needing one more to become Manchester United's all-time leading goalscorer.

To do that, though, he'll need to come off the bench. Here are the teams...

Peter Crouch has netted in his past three Premier League games, a run of form that has seen him rewarded with a new contract at Stoke.

He also sits on 99 top-flight goals and has threatened to bring back his famous 'robot' celebration when he gets to a ton.

Will Crouch resurrect 'the robot' for 100th goal?

But can he do it on a cold Saturday afternoon in Stoke?

And what will he make of his meeting with another goal machine?

For Manchester United, a 16-game unbeaten run has been underpinned by the goals of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, 19 since he arrived from PSG in the summer.

Did you have any doubt that Zlatan would adapt to life in England? I can assure you that Zlatan didn't..
