Southampton hand a debut to Italy striker Manolo Gabbiadini after his £14m move from Napoli at the end of the transfer window.
He is one of four changes from the side that lost 2-1 at Swansea on Tuesday with James Ward-Prowse, Sofiane Boufal and Jay Rodriguez also starting.
Southampton: Forster, Soares, Stephens, Yoshida, Bertrand, Davis, Romeu, Ward-Prowse, Boufal, Rodriguez, Gabbiadini. Subs: Gardos, Clasie, Long, Hojbjerg, Taylor, McQueen, Redmond.

Robert Snodgrass makes his first start for West Ham since a £10.2m move from Hull City. Cheikhou Kouyate also starts, while Jose Fonte will play against the side he left last month.
