QPR boss Ian Holloway is never far from the spotlight.

After the jovial Bristolian led the R's to victory over Norwich in his first game back in charge in November, six straight league defeats followed.

But the R's have finally found some form under Ollie - beating Wolves, Ipswich and Reading to pull clear of the danger zone.

What better time to make it four wins in a row against one of your biggest rivals?

Skint until payday? Check. Got the office virus? Check. New Year's resolutions already out the window? Check.

January is always a tester isn't it?

But let me sprinkle a little more positivity on proceedings...the days are getting longer, payday is around the corner and today we've got a morale-boosting seven hours of EFL action to keep us all entertained.

And it all starts in 20 minutes with a tasty west London derby...
