    FT: Huddersfield 1-0 Reading

    Rachel Brown-Finnis
Ex-England goalkeeper on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra

"It wasn't about workrate or commitment, or effort tonight because both teams matched each other.

"It was about that little bit of quality in the final third and fortunately for Huddersfield it came from Philip Billing."

Fernando Forestieri curls in a beauty. Too little, too late for Wednesday?

  9. FULL-TIME: Huddersfield 1-0 Readingpublished at 21:40 Greenwich Mean Time 21 February 2017

A massive win for Huddersfield, closing the gap to second-placed Brighton to only four points.

Philip Billing's goal was the only difference in a tight game, with the hosts missing a first-half penalty and Reading seeing a shot turned onto the bar.

The Royals stay fourth, but they are now four points behind the Terriers having played one more game.

    Huddersfield 1-0 Reading

    Chance for Reading...wide!

Centre-back Liam Moore is playing as a striker for Reading, and it's the defender who has chance to steal a late equaliser.

A long ball is flicked on to him in the box, but he skews his shot off target under a bit of pressure.

    Huddersfield 1-0 Reading

Michael Hefele brings Liam Moore down right on the edge of the Huddersfield box.

Yann Kermorgant just can't get enough dip on the free-kick, the ball landing on the roof of the net with keeper Danny Ward rooted to the spot.

They're into added three minutes of added time now.

Huddersfield striker Nahki Wells needs a bit of treatment, and he isn't able to carry on.

    Huddersfield 1-0 Reading

    Rachel Brown-Finnis
Ex-England goalkeeper on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra

"There was some wonderful build-up play and when the ball was cut back, after Nahki Wells missed his kick, it made its way to Philip Billing who smashed it home.

"That is nothing more than he deserved after a brilliant display, both in attack and defensively."

  17. goal

GOAL: Huddersfield 1-0 Readingpublished at 21:27 Greenwich Mean Time 21 February 2017

    Philip Billing

What a huge goal this is!

Huddersfield attack down the left, and work the ball to the right-hand side of the box.

From there, it's a simple matter of picking out a cross to Philip Billing, who volleys the Terriers in front.

    How do Reading respond now?

    Sheffield Wednesday 0-2 Brentford

Looking like one of those nights for Sheffield Wednesday, who can't break down Brentford.

They could have gone 10 points clear of seventh-placed Norwich with a win, and they still might, but it will take something ridiculous to deny Brentford three points.

Into the last 20 minutes, and perhaps the two teams are tiring a little after a frantic first 60 minutes.

Reading have made their final change, John Swift introduced for the closing stages, with Jordon Mutch taken off.
