Huddersfield Town boss David Wagner told BBC Radio Leeds that his side "deserved more" from their draw at Barnsley.

The Terriers took the lead through Michael Hefele but were pegged back by Marley Watkins.

"Everybody has seen that we deserved more from that performance but that's football and sometimes you have to accept that you only get one point when you deserve three," he said.

"We created great opportunities and I think their goalkeeper was man of the match. Unfortunately we only got a draw because we missed too many chances, I can accept this.

"Sometimes you play against a goalkeeper who has their best match of the season. I was very happy with the performance."

Brighton have the lead, and it is a fantastic finish by Sam Baldock for his 10th league goal of the season.

Bruno dinks the ball into the box and Baldock controls with his first touch, holds off Paul McShane while chesting the ball forward, the finds the back of the net with aplomb on the half-volley.

Ali Al-Habsi could do nothing about that.

As it stands, Brighton are going top of the Championship.

Over half an hour gone on the south coast, and Reading boss Jaap Stam has seen his side enjoy plenty of possession.

However, the Royals have not threatened Albion keeper David Stockdale at all.

Then again, visiting keeper Al Al-Habsi hasn't made a save either.

    It's cagey.

  14. Brighton's Baldock hits the postpublished at 29 mins

    Brighton 0-0 Reading

Brighton so nearly take the lead through Sam Baldock!

After a swift counter-attack led by Jamie Murphy, the striker cuts in from the left, beats Paul McShane and looks to pick his spot.

However, his right-footed effort doesn't quite have enough curl on it to find the corner and, with Ali Al-Habsi rooted to the spot, the ball rebounds off the far post and Reading scramble it clear.
