    Celtic 2017 v Lisbon Lions...

Graham McLauchlin: They can only beat what's in front of them, I as a Dons fan would say their achievements this season have been good but not like the likes of the Lisbon Lion days where people played football for football sake and there was a lot more parity with sides.

Never mind Ian Cathro's promise of going toe-to-toe with Celtic. It has been more like a teasing toe to backside so far for the visiting head coach's men from Edinburgh.

However, for the first time, Hearts are managing to put their foot on the ball and spray a few passes about Celtic Park.

Ian Cathro was talking about going toe-to-toe with Celtic. It hasn't really worked out like that.

  14. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 55mins

    Celtic 1-0 Hearts

There are loud shouts for a penalty as a Scott Sinclair volley deflects off the arm of John Souttar, but referee Bobby Madden obviously decided it wasn't a deliberate hand ball by the Hearts defender.

That came shortly after Hearts midfielder Malaury Martin was shown a yellow card for a clumsy challenge.

Another timely intervention from Liam Smith, this time at the back post as Patrick Roberts' cross to the back post is met by the foot of Scott Brown and diverted towards goal.

Celtic have totally controlled the game, but they lack a focal point in attack today and that's the difference; they have been taking a second touch out wide too often
