How did that not go in? An astonishing miss by Stoke after a horrific mess in Liverpool's penalty area. 

A Stoke corner is headed out towards Georginio Wijnaldum who, instead of hacking it further clear, heads it back into the box. Charlie Adam and Saido Berahino both have eyes on the ball before the former is denied by Simon Mignolet. Adam should have scored.
