Two changes for Liverpool as the second-half gets under way. The Reds need goals and both teenagers Ben Woodburn and Trent Alexander-Arnold are replaced by Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino.

You would never guess Liverpool are fighting to secure a top-four finish. This has the feeling of an end of season game. Lacklustre and a game lacking in chances.

What a let-off for Liverpool. Dejan Lovren fails to deal with a long punt and Marko Arnautovic has clear sight of goal but puts it into the side netting.

That's the best chance of the game - by a mile.

Ben Woodburn, who is growing into the game, is down receiving treatment when Ryan Shawcross marches over and grabs a drink from the Liverpool physio's bag. Cheeky by the Stoke defender.

That's the end of Joe Allen's afternoon. The Stoke midfielder has damaged a hamstring and cannot continue. As one former Liverpool player departs, another appears. Charlie Adam is his replacement.
