    Bournemouth 0-2 Chelsea

Chelsea haven't kept a clean sheet in their past eight Premier League games. So there's hope?

Pedro is rapid but he can't control this shot - always rising from his wrong foot on the edge of the box.

    So unlucky!

Charlie Daniels channels Gareth Bale as he pings a brilliant cross into the box, Benik Afobe is running in and first-times it on the volley, but it crashes back off the sticks, with Thibaut Courtois sprawled out in defeat.

    That could have been it...

Robert Sagoe Jnr:  Hazard is such a joy to watch.

Ash Williams: Bournemouth defending too high up the pitch. Loads of room for the direct ball over the top for Hazard.

    It's Ryan Fraser to take...

Fails to beat the wall, it smashes David Luiz on the nose it looks like.

I like your confidence Neil. Bold. A Bournemouth goal is certainly what this game is going to need, otherwise Chelsea are just going to cruise it.

The away side are all behind the ball now, letting Bournemouth knock it about.

Jack Wilshere drives forward to win a free-kick on the edge of the box. Paul Gascoigne is in the crowd, not looking very well.

Thibaut Courtois' second-minute stop seems even more crucial now. Had David Luiz's awful clearance flown in, Tottenham hearts might have swelled with hope.

Chelsea might have been under pressure, but this looks pretty ominous for the home side now. The Blues' seven-point lead at the top very much on the way to being restored.

Hazard doubles Chelsea leadpublished at 17:51 British Summer Time 8 April 2017

No doubt about this one. Chelsea's first has correctly been given as an own goal to Adam Smith, but this is all about Eden Hazard.

The Blues are out of sight as Hazard picks up an N'Golo Kante pass, breezes through, rounds the keeper, and slots home.

Is that game done within 20 minutes?

Costa's goal? Or Adam Smith's?published at 17:47 British Summer Time 8 April 2017

    Bournemouth 0-1 Chelsea

It's a truly bizarre finish. Diego Costa collects Victor Moses's low cross, turns and lines up a shot, which he slices horribly, and it bumbles in off Adam Smith's head - the Bournemouth man sliding in desperately trying to clear.

The worst goal you will see this season. But it could be crucial in the title race.

  12. CHANCE!published at 16 mins

    Bournemouth 0-0 Chelsea

Ryan Fraser v David Luiz as the Bournemouth winger cuts loose and onto a perfect Jack Wilshere through ball.

Take him on! But Luiz stands solid, not giving anything away, just him between Thibaut Courtois. Fraser has to shoot, and drags way wide.

Eden Hazard's wearing a frown as he pops up from the turf and it's because Harry Arter just came crashing in on him from behind. He sort of got the ball but it's a definite foul. Free-kick, but nothing more, says the ref.

Leaving one on him, I believe.

Here's Jack Wilshere's entrance, knocking it outside to Charlie Daniels. Chelsea have retreated back now, and there's a spell of Bournemouth possession, before another fizzing cross from the right wing is plucked by Thibaut Courtois.

So far, the only real moment of note is that David Luiz near-calamity.

  15. CHANCE!published at 10 mins

    Bournemouth 0-0 Chelsea

A chance for Marcos Alonso at the back stick as Victor Moses' cross travels through - but the Italian's drive is bravely blocked. You heard that.

And Nemanja Matic booms over from outside the box as the ball works back. Billy couldn't shoot either.

Deliberate handball. Victor Moses is running home, the ball's just about to exit play and the Bournemouth shirt chasing him down could be in - through on goal more or less.

So when Moses slips and sees the future playing out, he grabs it with both hands. Free-kick Cherries. Moses in the book.

I played with a fella as a teenager who was like Nemanja Matic. Billy, if you're reading, you were quality. Every touch is perfectly weighted, no fuss, he always seems to be in the right place at the right time.

Here the Serb looks to cast a chink of light forward but the through ball is cut out.

    Bournemouth 0-0 Chelsea

Eden Hazard already looking bright. Several layers of stardust clear of the men around him. A little turn round the corner to Diego Costa with a deft flick and those legs are a blur.

An even start. Bournemouth can knock it around well too, and they're not afraid to show it. Ryan Fraser again involved as a short corner breaks down.

What a start that would have been for Bournemouth. A big sigh of relief for Chelsea.

After the corner was cleared David Luiz - not known for his mistakes, right(!) - was kind of theatrically shielding his eyes from the sun. Getting his excuses in?

Woah! Almost a spectacular own goal from David Luiz - his wild swing at Ryan Fraser's fizzing cross is palmed brilliantly over by Thibaut Courtois.

    That's a fantastic save.
