Everton captain Phil Jagielka: "Burnley pressed and showed desire and we didn't deal with it very well. We all agreed at half-time we had to put a better performance in.

"My goal celebrations are always horrific! I thought I'd do a cartwheel today."

On Ross Barkley: "Yeah, it's nice for our main players to keep confidence up. We'll give him an assist.

"It was a great finish from Rom [Lukaku]. It's up to us to make sure he finishes top of the goalscoring charts."

He's no Peter Beagrie on the post-goal acrobatics.

    Sunderland 2-2 West Ham

All over. A point gained? Probably. But it is still likely not to be enough for Sunderland to stay up, one suspects.

David Blaine would struggle to pull this one off, never mind David Moyes.

Sunderland are still nine points adrift of safety, despite this gutsy draw against West Ham.

The was a pretty aimless ball forward from Darren Gibson, who pumped it right up and into the West Ham penalty area. The keeper came and spilled it, Jermain Defoe caught the loose ball and Fabio Borini was there to slot it home!

Oh Wahbi Khazri! What were you thinking? He goes for goal from the aforementioned free-kick, while virtually all of his team-mates wait for the perfect delivery.

Khazri's head disappears under his shirt. Indeed.

Gylfi Sigurdsson dances through the middle of the Watford defence, but the ball just runs away from him as he pulls back his right peg.
