Lovely words from Boro head coach Steve Agnew to television about former Middlesbrough defender Ugo Ehiogu, who has died at the age of 44.

Ehiogu spent seven years at the Teesside club and helped them win the League Cup in 2004.

"He'll never be forgotten," says Agnew.

Boss Eddie Howe said he would make a "late call" on Dan Gosling's fitness - but the ex-Newcastle man gets the nod ahead of Lewis Cook in midfield to replace Jack Wilshere, who suffered a season-ending injury at Tottenham last Saturday. The only other Bournemouth change sees the speedy Ryan Fraser preferred to Junior Stanislas on the right flank.

Middlesbrough's XI features two changes from Monday's defeat by Arsenal, with George Friend and Calum Chambers replacing Fabio da Silva (who's on the bench) and captain Grant Leadbitter (who isn't).

Eddie Howe reacts to Bournemouth's 4-0 defeat at Tottenham last Saturday by making two changes to his starting line-up.

Midfielders Ryan Fraser and Dan Gosling return to the side in place of Junior Stanislas and Jack Wilshere, who is out for the rest of the season.

Bournemouth: Boruc, Adam Smith, Francis, Steve Cook, Daniels, Fraser, Arter, Gosling, Pugh, King, Afobe.

It took Middlesbrough seven years to win back their place in the Premier League.

Yet by the end of next weekend, their relegation back to the Championship could be confirmed after just 34 games.

Quite simply, Middlesbrough have to beat Bournemouth. The problem is they have forgotten how to win after 15 top-flight matches without success.

It's now or never for Boro.
